Also, everybody i would like to make a very important note about Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness that may very well occur in smooth muscle after penis exercising that occurs most specifically after stretching. In the posts made by German Stallion on MOS and posts made by Going11by7 may be speaking about smooth muscle acting like a rubber band when it has fully healed, and the increase in the amount of contractions that occur when stretching may be signs of DOMS cycle that goes anywhere from 24 to 72 hours based on protein uptake in the muscle as well as toxin load following exercise.

thanks The Kidd for that link. I already understand what you try to explain, but that's a good link. Nevermind my question above, I'll just try to experiment which suits me better
good luck with the kickstarter

Is there a risk of nerve damage from manual stretching? Stretching kind of scares me...

well if you yank on your junk too hard, or use to much pressure with your grip, yeah. its just like any other body part..resilient...to a point.

Kidd, so my take is that you are theorizing that the smooth muscle that comprises the corporal penile bodies reacts to the stimulus of stretching by contracting against the force of the stretch. Now, by using a rhythmic stretching routine ie. stretch then relax, this pattern will work the smooth muscle and stimulate hypertrophy or hyperplasia...or both?
So, do you feel that static stretches or hanging is disadvantageous towards the development of smooth muscle if overall development is the goal?
Sorry, it's been a long day so please correct me if I'm wrong here.
...and what do you suggest for time under tension.Last edited by phallic1; 02-04-2014 at 07:28 PM.

what i have highlighted, is it exactly. And yes, i do believe that long uninterrupted bouts of stretching are disadvantageous. i say this is so, because smooth muscle and skeletal muscle are alike in the regard that, isometric training,or in this case holding a stretch, produces very little strength or hypertrophy in comparison to full ranged movements that cause contraction and relaxation. The reason for that , is due to the thick and thin filament design of the contractile units in smooth and skeletal. Imagine for instance if a muscle were exposed to excessive forces for long bouts of time such as in the case of a muscular imbalance that causes one muscle to be pulled out and unable to relax for a long time. When this occurs the muscle that has been tight and under the strain eventually becomes very weak and stiff. Same thing happens with high blood pressure. When the diastolic(resting blood pressure) is very high it results in degeneration of the smooth muscle leading to calcium depositing in the smooth muscle leading to atherosclerosis. Remember how i spoke about the contraction of smooth muscle being responsible for pushing out the calcium?
This may explain why when people over do stretching or jelqing, it leads to a shriveled penis or a hard flaccid so many men post about, not to mention the many cases of temporary erectile dysfunction all the way up to hardcore impotence.
Based on the information i have gathered, i can say this: The time under tension should be no longer than two seconds, but even that is pushing it. With the penis, we wish to adapt a philosophy similar to weight training. i understand that what i have just posted, is beyond confusing quite possibly, due to men posting about upwards of 30 seconds to a minute! the biggest reason they post such times, is based on the fact that prior to about a year or so ago, the prevalent idea was plastic deformation as the means to penis enlargement. Some cite erections, when they mention using really long times under tension, but it doesn't quite work like that. erections, when not brought about by artificial means(though sometimes even then) wax and wain so to speak. they go from full pressure to a relaxation allowing oxygenated and nutrient rich blood into the chambers. One of the big reasons for those erections, outside of procreation, could very well be for the collagen structure of the penis, since collagen structures usually get nutrients through diffusion or something very very similar. i am tangenting however lol. if you have any more questions please ask away, i want to keep this thread at the top so the new information can make its way through the penis enlargement community.

Top notch reply Kidd, thanks!
Next question then...I have warmed my penis up using a 400 watt infra-red halogen lamp. I stimulated a strong prolonged erection (approx. 10-15 minutes) to allow PGE1 and nitric oxide to relax the penile tissues and chambers. I then let my penis become completely flaccid while continuing to keep the tissues warm (not hot or uncomfortable) under the infra-red lamp. I then proceeded to stretch my penis outwards at a variety of angles, left, right, up and down alternating between left and right hand grips for each 'set'. With each stretch I use my gripping hand as a fulcrum to stretch the penis through an arc to greater stimulate the full smooth muscle bodies. I used a cadence of 1..and..2..and..3..and..4, repeat for a set of 12 or more repitions, stretching out on the 1 count and relaxing on the 'and' count.
Now with skeletal muscle you are able to feel the contractions of the muscle during the eccentric phase...and yes I'm aware of the benefits of the concentric phase of movement under load as well...with smooth muscle should you be able to feel a contractile response when the tissues are stretched out on the 1 count? Or does the contraction occur during the relax phase, the 'and' count?

I'm going to bug the shit out of you with questions if you don't mind.
I'm willing to put your theory into practice for the name of science and I don't want to taint the results by failing to fully understand and incorporate your protocol. I can see this problem arising with people..."I'm gonna add this or do this instead or not do this because I feel blah blah blah"...Last edited by phallic1; 02-04-2014 at 09:35 PM.

My question is. Say I already used the Phallosan Forte for 2000 hours. If it does have the affect you suspect it may have, is it possible to reverse the effect by a prolonged break? Then I could restart PE using a different method.

hey i have another question too, out of curiosity. As everyone say, heat/ warming up cause breakdown of collagen. So what is the purpose of post-workout warm down? to breakdown the collagen again after pressure inducing exercise? I'm confused
(i'm not really onto med things)
