I LOVE QUESTIONS LOL!
Okay, Phallic one that is an awesome question, and something i am currently tackling myself. Whenever i pull all the way out, until i can make it no longer, i let go an watch it snap back. I have been trying to detect the eccentric part of the movement as well as looking more into the anatomy of the nerves of the penis, along with how it is that certain glands in the body contract to slowly release its chemicals into the body in hopes of determining a way to make the workouts more effective. As of right now i am trying to view things through the lens of the three dimensional changes i spoke about in previous articles. I previously stated that smooth muscle has diagonal bands of muscle and that its relaxation and contraction represented three dimensional changes. I have noticed similar effects from pulling. when i have pulled all the way out, the penis is long and somewhat thin, but as i let it go back slowly it expands in girth a bit. I noticed this change primarily whenever i layed down and pulled back towards my belly button. In order to detect this, i had to gently wrap a finger around the shaft to feel the expansion occur. In order to test out different things, i thought i would try different tempos. I first tried the one second hold at full tension then eased back, then i tried the method involving pulling out then letting go, and then i tried the method involving a whole new approach though all based on the same concept of a heart beat along with a structural consideration. The last method i tried involved pulling the penis out all the way up until just before it snaps totally taunt and will stretch no more, then while maintaining a grip, letting it go back and relax. I did this in rapid succession taking less a second (somewhere between a second and half a second--very quickly without jerking), and i noticed a few interesting things...I was able to pull it out further than before, my penis was warmed, there was in fact a 'pull back' based on how quickly and easily it was retracting even at that fast pace, and i could actually feel the changes in girth by sensation alone in my groin area while i clearly saw the changes in length. After doing this, i then flipped the exercise on its head so to speak by taking it all the way out to maximal stretch then, letting it retract back about an inch and doing that in rapid succession, but i made sure that no jerking occurred at all(when i say jerking, i refer to a sudden snapping taunt that may tear something) and i noticed that almost immediately i got an erection. That last part of the experiment has lead me to look into nerves of the penis. The penis may not be as involuntary as once thought. when i would for instance rapidly flex and unflex my kegel muscles i would notice that fact that i would quickly start to have an erection or increased blood flow. I then made the connection that the exercises i was doing was working in a fashion very similar to kegelling but modified.
Here is what ill recommend. I have tried all the exercises i have spoken about, and have actually noticed an increase in erections as well as quality: Once every 2-3 days set down to do the following routine
Warm up 10 mins
-4 sets of 10 one second count pulls as you have been doing phallic
-then do the rapid succession pull outs in which you pull out just before full tauntness in the penis is reached and let it constrict. Do 2 bouts of 10 mins then rest for 5 mins between each.
Lastly do the pulls that involve starting and maximal tension, then letting it contract about an inch. Remember, no jerking though. do that for 10 mins.
Lastly, stretch the penis out, and start performing kegels. What the goal should be, is to keep the tension on while flexing the kegels, and when relaxing the kegel muscles, keep the penis from snapping back. Control the motion. do that for 10 mins.
By the way, do all of these by pulling towards the belly button
All in all, it will take about an hour to complete this training regimen.
Due to the intensity, its focus on the smooth muscle and penis structure, i would say that doing THIS routine should only be done say on monday, then not done again until wednesday or maybe even thursday. that depends entirely upon whether or not you have noticed good erections, easy flexbility, the 'jelly effect' where the penis is engorged but not erect and is very squishy. If you are noticing these, then it is safe to exercise after again. You may notice theses signs the very next day, but trust me here, rest is very crucial. Try this phallic1.
Based_God--yes i think a good break will help heal, but i would think that perhaps doing the rapid succession pulls i spoke about may speed the recovery. The ones i refer to are the ones that involve pulling the penis out to the point of almost full tauntness and no others for a week or two, and do 10 mins of those every other day. it may very well speed up the recovery by helping to restore flexibility to the tissue.
Rick Code- the idea of the warm down, as with most PE up until recently is centered around plastic deformation. The warm down, is not necessary. The routine you outlined above is pretty much spot on to what I did last night, including duration. After the stretching routine I hit the bathtub and warmed up under hot water and completed the workout with a jelq and pump session. I kept my erection level down to the 50-60% range and completed 2 sets of 150 jelqs with a focus on simulating the rhythm of the heart and stretching out the penis tissues as opposed to forcing an internal hydraulic expansion. In between jelq sets I used a vacuum pump.
Now the pump I used is a rubber squeeze bulb style, which I prefer over the piston pumps. Preference being that I can pump a vacuum level of around 5 hg max and more if I orally draw a vacuum through the end of the bulb (like sucking on a straw). But at any vacuum level if I gently squeeze the bulb without forcing additional air out of the cylinder the vacuum level with drop substantially. Release the bulb and it pops back bringing the vacuum level back to full pressure. By doing this I can take the vacuum level from 4hg down to around 1.5hg and back up in a pulsatile pattern...expansion-contraction.

good question yet again, however i will need some time to answer that one. the biggest issue that vacuum pumps have, is bursting capillaries, which the penis has alot of. if you can really control the pressure, then yes go for, but if the pressure drops too fast, it may cause unwanted tissue injury as opposed to stimulation

Interesting.
I've never been an overly zealous pumper when it comes to pressures. I just pump with enough pressure to go into a slightly above maximum natural engorgement which for me is in the 4hg range. I don't get the petichae hemorrhaging or lymphatic swelling. I stay away from that level and duration.
Keep the studies going Kidd and I'll help test your theories.

okay, my thoughts on penis pumping and the routine you have going? If you are doing every two days then yeah its pretty good to go, if you are using a reasonable pressure and the jelqing is soft to moderate. my thoughts on the expansion and contraction using the varying pressure, is still up in the air for me. not because it is very very applicable to a penis exercise routine, but because if the pump rig is not pretty expensive/high quality it may cause problems. If it is high quality though then all should be good. also, as far as high quality pumps if you do not have one i am pretty certain that vacu tech comes well recommended, but i would check into that a good amount due to the price.
