welp, with most things its all about supply and demand. if the body really needs it, say if it is under alot of stress, yes, taking that much is fine. its very comparable to an elite bodybuilders diet. for a normal person, the sheer amount of calories and protein would cause such a strain on the system that the person would just become obese and more than likely develop kidney problems, possibly even diabetes long term lol. but the body of an elite bodybuilder has such an outrageous metabolism, that it just eats it all up. all of that is to say, if it were not for the fact that i am working out essentially 5-6 times a week i would not take that much. if you are super active, then the body needs superphysiological amounts to keep up with the pace.

yes it is in some compounds that get released through the stinger when stung by the stinging insect, but it is usually a means to incite inflammation(favoring arterial influx and not veinous outflow) in order to maximize the amount of damage that is caused by neurotoxins injected along with the histamine by the insect.
also, the barbs are very very small. hairlike almost. a gently lather on the area in the shower would be plenty to remove any that did not simply fall out or flake off.

It's something I'll consider doing...maybe...next July when the nettles are grown LOL
Would having a strong fast acting anti-histamine on hand in case of priapism or allergic reaction be wise?

Maybe there is something to that, and yeah diet is more important than people take for granted. I noticed your runner friend ate alot of meats and protein, what about his sugar intake? Anyway, I felt like taking Niacin/Yohimbe has a similar affect especially for weight lifting size increases, but temporarily not so much for flaccid size. But thing is, foods are so highly processed now that all of those ingredients are lost from our diet.

It is correct as Folic Acid drains out vitamin B-12 from the body. And among several tasks of the vitamin B12, related to the immune system is this vitamins job at creating red blood cells and to normalize the immune system.
So always take solid doses of vitamin B-12 - either as a supplement, or increase your diet with food substances like red meat or cheese/dairies/eggs - while taking Folic Acid in high doses.
And so to my question regarding the topic of this thread:
Do people with allergies have the 'correct' type of enhanced histamine level in their bodies as to the histamine discussed here for penis growth purposes?
Further, will the use of the mentioned histamine increasing supplement (L'Histidine) increase already existing allergies or trigger latent allergies?Last edited by ino; 03-01-2014 at 09:17 AM.
