    Folic acid seems promising. I took two capsules, (1600) after I got out of the vitamin store. Then I went to the supermarket and was walking around and I could really feel my dick, it wasn't erect but it felt good i guess. Today I took 1600 again after lunch. Its too early to say, but I think this supplement works, unlike most of the other mainstream ed crap.

    So I'm assuming it was 1600mg all up from the two capsules? Or is that 1600mcg?

    Will definitely have to look at getting some of this stuff. Just looking at my local chemist, seems they only get it in at 500mcg capsules at the largest (without a prescription)... Possibly some 5mg capsules, online site is a bit confusing.

    wooow there. i hope you mean 1600mcg and not mg? also, remember how i said that you should only take a higher dose if you are super active like myself. otherwise it will build up and you will find your heart racing and your sleep quality will diminish GREATLY. back that figure up some watersnake! thats a toxic dose even for a super active person.

    Yeah 1600 mcg! Is that too much? You said in a previous post that you can take 2400. That would be 3 pills. I don't really know what im doing here, how much should I take??? I walk or bike everyday and I do unconventional exercise.

    So will 800 mcg of folic acid and 2 grams of histidine be good for someone who works out 3 times a week? I workout pretty hard when I do, but only 3 times a week.

    Also just to clarify. Will this help me with my penis enlargement or just with erection quality?

    800 mcg of folic acid daily is prescribed for a pregnant woman. 400 mcg is the RDA for a man.

    What is the best amount of l histidine to start off with. I got some 500 mg tablets . Would 1 be enough once a day.
