Is AAKG a good PE supplement? as it contains arginine i believe which is suppost to be good. So i've bought some predominatly for gym use and started taking 2g before a workout and its pretty good at boosting vascularity.
So im considering continuing taking 2g before gym then 1g after gym for a PE workout?
Anyone with any experience using this bodybuilding supplement for PE?

Hi, I made experience with Arginine as a Supplement as well and have to say it is very productive!
In my perception, Bodybuilding is pretty counterproductive for PE, it always gives me negative physical indicators (PIs), which is very reasonable, as there is a lot of blood used to vascularize the muscles and thus, less blood availabe for the Penis. I use to follow every workout up with a session of around 30-40minutes of cardio (I mix running, cycling and swimming) which reduces the negative effects of the weightlifting by more than 80% at least - doing cardio-units without any lifting even gives me very positive PIs in return.
Back to Arginine: It also works against the negative effects of lacking vascularization due to lifting and I experienced very good erection quality (EQ) with it, as well as better flaccid hangs and overall better vascularization of the Penis. When used over longer periods, this is of course benefiting the effect of PE-training, as the vessels in the penis are most of the time better vascularized and thus gives a whole list of positive effects.
There is a downside to this though - When I use a supplement, that gives me positive PIs I feel great when I look down on myself, but as soon as I stop using it, there is a perceived big step backwards, which is very frustrating and I find it dangerous in a matter of getting psychologically dependant/addicted to a supp. Though, when you are anyhow planning to use the supp for a long period of time for bodybuilding reasons anyhow, this should not be too much of an issue. And you are warned now, that when you stop using it, you might perceive a step back, so there is no shock then, but you can calculate it.
Overall Arginine is a very highly recommended supp for PE.
Btw I made good experience with using it in the morning, giving me a better hang throughout the day. I found this more effective than using it before sleeping, which I also tested. But you can make some experiments for yourself, as of finding out how long before a PE-session you should use it to get maximum effective, or if you take it right when starting the session so it is in your system, when finishing the session and giving you better circulation for the time after the pe-training.
