Sure that's fine!
A large portion of this was gained while in email conversation with a man named Mr. Manpower (I belive he also has a website and sex guide - but charges for the information (I didn't pay, as I already knew what he was selling we just shared ideas)). I'm afraid I can't remember the sources I found out about the supplements (herbs etc.) and the exercise section particularly was general knowledge.
Is that good enough?

That testicle massage was something new to me. I had no idea. Interesting. I gave them a nice massage already hehe. I think it is time to hit the university database and start searching for articles. I am thirsty for more info!

ZMA is awesome, Universal GH Max (arginine / ornitine) before sleep makes huge morning woods, almost painful lol
There are some natural testosterone boosters in the market, sold as supplements. I would recommend Biotivia Bioforge, really nice for boosting testosterone and leaning out (yes fat does contain aromatase enzymes that turns testosterone into estrogens) or Driven Sports Activate Xtreme, both really good products!
Also notice that the testicle massage + hot water might make you temporarily infertile, since it almost kills the spermatozoa
The fat intake should be monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats mainly. Saturated fats are mainly stored as extra kcals in the body, and does no good. Fats are needed for the body to function properly. Olive oil is nearly perfect in that sense, since it contains almost no saturated fat. broccoli contains a substance called Indole-3-Carbinol, that channels bad and good estrogens. Eating high levels of mono fats has been shown to increase test. So for instance olive oil, it also has other health benifits and is cheap and eaisly avaible.
This is well mainstream; very surprised it hasn't recieved more notice.
