Thread: Thoughts on Protein

We all know body builders use steroids and eat large amounts of protein to bulk up for competition
What very few know is that before the comp they starve themselves and lose mass, but in return get more defined...
That's what brings me to my point we all know the penis is an organ which has muscle in it therefore PE just makes sense your exercising the muscles inside the penis, but without proper nutrition you could be doing more harm than good
Meaning if you work out any part of your body and don't have adequate nutrition your damaging yourself you need the protein and other nutrients to fuel your body and for it to repair micro tears in the muscle to rebuild and get bigger
My theory is if you aren't eating right you may not be gaining, but your not losing either your just not seeing any gains because of no nutrition, so what my theory is eat, and eat protein at that it promotes protein synthesis which will rebuild the micro tears you get in the muscles of your penis when you do PE exercises
Taking L Arginine on top of that makes sense too because it is a vaso dialator and if you take that, and dialate the blood vessels it will carry the protein you eat to your penis faster and rebuild at a quicker rate
get protein and other nutrients from food
But can anyone give some feedback as to whether or not this theory is correct, and if, so is there any good protein supplements that would have an even stronger effect I am thinking creatine, but I am not sure if creatine is a protein or not some feedback on this would be nice

Just eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine. Supplements are for older folks or body builders that like to screw themselves up. I'm going to go have my favorite vasodilator now; coffee!

L-arginine is only a vasodialotor in extremely high doses. Listen to Cusp and eat properly.
It can also react negatively with heart meds and have bad effects on people with asthma, better read more and be safe.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Me, I'm into penis supplements in the form of juices high in nitrous oxides - beetroot juice, watermelon (incl skin) juice, pomegranate juice. These are safer than bodybuilder supplements.

I used to take L-Arginine supplements, some smart ass reckoned that it was impossible take too much of it, so believing him I had too much one day and nearly passed out - I was a kid.
Since it dilates your blood vessels and arteries you can bet its lowering your blood pressure (who know what effect that is having on your heart), that's probably what made me light headed, if your going to do it - take it easy, but like everyone else says you don't need it, you will get enough through your diet!
