Krill - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I prefer krill oil,but will use fish oil in a pinch. Both help me keep my BP at nice levels, 132/60.
I shudder to think how they get the oil out of those little critters.Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym

Here is a question that is relevant to my lifestyle:
How can a person consume 2000 to 3000 calories without grains (or potatoes)?
I have some weird stomach problems that I won't attempt to self-diagnose. After keeping a detailed food log and and several extremely restrictive diets, I determined that rice, wheat, corn, potatoes, legumes, and nuts all upset my stomach. I don't know why and I don't care why.
Now I eat a pound of meat and 2 pounds of sweet potatoes every day, along with other veggies. Problem is, I'm turning orange!!!
Serious question: what else can I eat for calories? I need the calories for weightliftingProgress log: https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...gians-log.html

Hey ugluks, I have been trying to find out more about "Mineral Toddy". I'm sure you have heard about it. I have a thread called "colloidal minerals" discussing this. It didn't get very far and I really would like to know more. Is there any independent analysis of this stuff that you know of? I dont' want to put any stock in the analysis provided by the ppl selling it. Is it really minerals that were taken up by plants and changed to a more absorbable form?

How far back does evidence go for the mortar and pestle? Used for grinding grain and other seeds and also accidently adding minerals. Lots of still births as a symptom of poor nutrition??? These things can be couched in any direction, but the record is pretty clear most people did not live as long according to the fossil record as we do now. I would have died already almost for certain if I were one generation older than I am right now. The list of issues I have and have had (shitty structure, but oh well) is really long. It is unjustifiable to claim that greater soil equals greater nutrition. those people had to bust thier asses just to survive and often did not do so. Plus we are giants compared to people just 150 years ago. I know growth hormones in dairy meat, NGO plants. but in the end we also have way more nutrition. Bone density can look an awful lot like arthritis in fact. Also comes from stronger bones needed to hold onto muscles needed to fight and kill with when trying to survive. That mortar and pestle mineralization helps with that.

Feet and a big bucket like grapes
I like to recommend fermented cod liver if you can swing it, better vitamin profile plus it is pre-digested by microorganisms resulting in better bioavailability.
