You are correct about aluminum Burty, from what I read, it is linked to alzheimer's and also prevents your body from absorbing minerals and vitamins from food as it binds to them while cooking to create foreign elements that the body exerts sort of like phytates but actually harmful.
A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Wishful, read the article, there are many other foods that contain mercury. Mercury in fish makes up a small percentage of the total mercury we get from all foods. If they are spraying it on your tea to kill bacteria where are the special interests? My point is that special interests have basically brainwashed everyone bc they dont' want the poor fish to be killed. They have a huge amount of money behind them and they are able to lobby against fishing using mercury poisoning as a tool. Government says it's harmful bc lobbiest told them so. Universities teach that it is harmful bc government said it is. There you have it. An entire country that is indoctrinated into believing that eating fish is bad for you.

Our bodies need aluminum but it can be toxic in large quantities if the body cant' pass it. Normally it is carried by the bloodstream to the kidneys and discharged. For someone with healthy kidneys I dont' think there is any health hazard. It doesn't accumulate.

If the aluminum containers are anodized it won't react to acid. Soda pop cans are anodized otherwise the acid would react with them. I'm sure that any container used for acidic food or drink would be anodized. Even salt won't touch it.
