hey guys ive been day on day off theory for about a month of so. i seem to have bouts of doing pe now and then but its seeming to stick as a routine for day on day off. does this work well have many of you seen results? im starting to think maybe i need more.
im currently doing a warmup which consists of heating a bean bag and holding for a good 10 minutes
stretches in all directions
horse stretch for girth
windmill stretches
then normal jelqing- for 15 minutes
v jelqing for 10 minutes
then id shower with hot water and repeat the stretches again to warm down.
the routine takes me about 45 minutes to an hour.
is there anything you'd recommend?
im aiming to the 9 long and 6 around. but i want to do it correctly and not rush anything. i know this will take years but i want to see if its possible.
