  • day on day off theory

    hey guys ive been day on day off theory for about a month of so. i seem to have bouts of doing pe now and then but its seeming to stick as a routine for day on day off. does this work well have many of you seen results? im starting to think maybe i need more.

    im currently doing a warmup which consists of heating a bean bag and holding for a good 10 minutes

    stretches in all directions

    horse stretch for girth

    windmill stretches

    then normal jelqing- for 15 minutes

    v jelqing for 10 minutes

    then id shower with hot water and repeat the stretches again to warm down.

    the routine takes me about 45 minutes to an hour.

    is there anything you'd recommend?

    im aiming to the 9 long and 6 around. but i want to do it correctly and not rush anything. i know this will take years but i want to see if its possible.

      Nobody can tell you whether it is enough or too much, except yourself really. How does it feel, what PIs are you getting, what is your EQ like etc etc etc? You are only doing it a month, wait three months before changing anything in a routine. Read my pull the chute thread in my signature for more tips.

        well my eq is getting better i feel fatter but the thing is ive felt fatter before and i measured yet no increase must be eq.

              Routine looks pretty standard to me, but you could add LAS for length during the day perhaps and bed fowfers at night without over working your unit. Everybody's different, so most importantly, don't add intensity or new exercises too fast during the first 90 days. You run much greater risk of injury, which just sets you back. That's why members recommend you stick with your routine 90 days before changing things up. It's your choice, but it's also your responsibility to own your outcome.

                      It says you started out with 7.2 BPEL but now you haw 7 BPEL? DId you lose length?

                        could be a measurement error. i havnt measured for a while coz i gave it up for a long time.

                              It could be for someone. Hasn't for me. The type of routine a person follows also determines the level of safety vs. risk. I take my time and don't go as intensely as possible with ever exercise.
