Have you ever thought their may be a correlation between e-jack volume / distance and degree of arousal? Thats usually how it works for me. Just a thought, I dont think waiting one year will have any positive effect. If anything it will train your body not to cum or cum very little.

You can train yourself to cut your ejaculations/orgasms short. You wouldn't expect nearly the volume of semen with this method, but what it does is allow you to recover much more quickly for subsequent "rounds" of activity.
