  • How do I beat Horst Schultz ejaculation record?

    Horst Schultz ejaculation record is 18 ft 9 inches (6m) distance, and a height of (12ft 4 in). I want to beat this record. I would like this record to be added in The Guinness World Record. Here are some of my thoughts:

    1.) No ejaculation for one year (12 months).

    2.) Drink a gallon of water a day.

    3.) Exercise: (calisthenics, cardio).

    4.) Eat a diet mainly consisting of: fatty fish, grass-fed meats, fruits, and starchy vegetables. No grains of any kind.

    5.) Consume high quality fish oil.

    6.) Take a high quality multi-vitamin.

    7.) Drink a smoothie everyday, consisting of: Two cups yogurt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, one cup blueberries, and two bananas.

    8.) Try to get some more sleep.

    9.) Massage penis and scrotum with: Cod Liver Oil, Coconut Oil, and Hemp Seed Oil.

    10.) Try everything in my power to keep distress to a minimum.

    Does this sound like a good plan?

    I'd leave out the bananas...they give you terrible constipation.
    The name's Tamora...TVR Tamora...with a capital "T".

      Sadly, I could double your routine and still just dribble at the end. Maybe one good spurt and the rest ooze. I think that genetics play a part in this. Not to advocate porn, but even some of the best just ooze a good 'gasm out. If you are a big shooter to begin with then hats off to you. Try a 3 month break to see if your starting distance improves. I'd personally hate to give up a years worth of orgasms to try to break a record I have no way of catching.

        Eating bananas whey they are fully ripe reduces the likelihood of constipation. Eating bananas underripe is going to cause issues.

          A few years ago, I did not ejaculate for 3 months. Anyhow, I decided I should masturbate one day. Basically, a large amount of ejaculate came out. About five spurts that were rich in color and consistency. So, I can predict this:

          3 months = five spurts

          6 months = ten spurts

          9 months = fifteen spurts

          12 months = twenty spurts

          This is just a theory, but I have not waited three months again to ejaculate since that time.

                Bunk - your orgasm is your orgasm. Waiting longer is not going to increase the number of "spurts". You will still have and always will have 5 spurts. They may be larger in volume, but you are not going to increase the number of rhythmic contractions of an orgasm by waiting 'x' number of months.

                        One thing to note, and ZZ is correct in that just by holding off you will not significantly increase the amount of your ejaculate as this is determined by the amount of fluid produced in your seminal vesicle. One other thing to note is that as far as keeping your prostate healthy, holding off on ejaculating for long periods is NOT a good thing.

                        Many urologists agree that regular ejaculations help keep the fluids flowing and aids in keeping the prostate healthy, along with a good diet and proper exercise. Oh, and if you are looking for distance, kegels will help as these exercises will help strengthen the muscles used to force the ejaculate out of your penis.

                            This shat is hilarious..

                            Pelvic floor spasms during ejaculation is based on arousal level, not how long it's been. Also, distance covered during ejaculation is based on pelvic floor strength, not how long it's been.

                              Hi NaturalMan,
                              We're nearly 6 months in and I wanted to check in with you on how your training was going. Are you still sticking to the regime? Also, have you had any made any other additions to your training for beating the legendary Mr Schultz's record? For example, my friend Jo was wondering if viscosity was an issue, and whether this is something you are trying to control?
