Thanks a bunch for the post, @The Kidd

Great info, and a lot to chew on.

Dunno if I can help with folks having problems with the term "hertz" but here goes:

The time it takes to complete a cycle--- like-point to like-point, or starting point to starting point--- is the period. The distance traveled during one period is the wavelength. Frequency is the inverse of this, the number of oscillations or cycles per second. (Hertz can be looked at in the OP's instance as being equal to the frequency, so terming something related to time as “one hertz” means that the frequency of the movement is occurring over one second.)

A common measurement in Hz is 120VAC at 60Hz from your electrical outlet….well, if you’re in the U.S., anyway. In that instance, the electricity is varying from its highest + point to its lowest – point once/second. (1 variation per second, times 60 seconds, equals 60Hz)
lmfao. thanks, just got done fixing it haha. the shit we overlook right??

Ugh, sorry to be that guy.... [Puts on nerd hat] 60Hz means 60 full cycles in one second. For US outlet current that means 120V negative to 120V positive then back to 120V negative in 1/60 of a second (fast transition). 101.5 mHz (fm radio) means ~100 million cycles in one second (very fast transitions).

1/2 Hz (or .5 Hz) means you only get half-way in one second. Or it takes two seconds to make one full period. 1/4 Hz (or .25 hz) would mean it takes 4 seconds to make one full period (slow transitions compared to AC current). [/nerd hat off]

In my opinion, you're not an electrical engineer until you f'ed up polarity once.

I had to read your book intro three times to grasp the science behind your study. I found it to be very illuminating. Now that I have had some time to think about both M.A.I.R. techniques it has brought a some questions to mind.

Since there is a great deal of discussion and debate regarding the effectiveness of a variety of penis enlargement devices, and what is or isn't a sufficient amount of traction required to stimulate penis enlargement. How does one calibrate the required amount of "pull" or "stretch" required to promote growth? How hard does one need to pull? If you could translate that into pounds, what would it be? 1 lb? 3 lbs? 10 lbs? Being that nobody has the ability to accurately determine how much traction that's being produced by your hand, would it be accurate to say that the equation is primarily based on feel?

Very good question. I will answer with both information and an idea for your company. Firstly the amount of force does not need to be great at all, just sufficient enough to fully unfurl the collagen sheaths of the penis and max out its elasticity. Secondly, if a device could be made to fit the penis into that provided mechanical cyclic stretch, it would be a massive boon and a big seller. For instance, modifying a penis extender with small motors that provided longitudinal cyclic stretch along the length of the penis. Adding this feature, would lead to significantly more gains, along with much more appealing proportions. Also, it would allow for a safer extender since the cyclic stretch would generate more localized blood flow reducing the risk of ischemia.

Further thought blurb: Adding anything more than a soft amount of stretch that would fully max out penis elasticity would result in a significant increase in fibrosis and instability in collagen formation. Hope this helps, sorry i was not able to provide weight specs. The amount of weight would vary considerable in relation to individual dimensions and tissue ratios(collagen to elastin to blood vessels, to total smooth muscle mass) that would result in drastically different tissue resistances.

Ill go ahead and address force from a cyclic stretch point of view. I was not able to give a whole lot for extenders since static stretch causes massively different responses from tissues that cyclic. On the note of cyclic stretching, i would say i personally use a 3-5lb pulling force or less with my workouts.

The key is to feel your tissues completely max out with a gentle amount of force at the end to heighten the reflexive smooth muscle contraction response.

The two exercises are the A-stretch and the Uli. There is tonnes of personal accounts of people's thoughts on them, just do a search
