    What you appear to be saying is that smooth muscle plays no part in penis size, and working to increase the size/amount of smooth muscle serves no purpose in PE.

    I'm sorry, but I don't buy that for a second!

    What studies have you found to support this argument, or what information do you have that indicates smooth muscle proliferation and/or hypertrophy contributes nothing to penis size??

    He is not saying smooth muscle plays no part in penis size, he is saying smooth muscle can be expanded greatly rather than increased.

    I personally believe that he is correct.

    To add, I don't mean to say that you can't increase smooth muscle but the expansion of it is more practical than adding "new" smooth muscle.

    If one ignores the smooth muscle (40-60% of overall), then they are potentially missing half the equation, IMO.

    I would have to disagree with this entire statement. I have not suffered anything but a longer thicker wand and have been hanging and stretching for over 4 years consistanly.

    Stretching by hand, with an extender or a hanger is time tested and proven by thousands and has been practiced for years with positive results.

    I know for a fact smooth muscle gets bigger/thicker. I can feel the maturity after 1 year of PE in the muscle fibers

    M.A.I.R techniques are nothing more than A-stretches and ulis. Even in there is a twist it's not enough to claim it as your own.

    You have done a lot of work and provided some interesting reading that provides some info but it's just a new article which is confusing for most and offers nothing new in terms of exercises.

    I do appreciate the work put into it but this will never change the pe world.

    Of course it does but is it new muscle or expanded muscle?

    In the beginning of the thread there is reference to a balloon as a good example.

    A Balloon will stretch easier and wiser the more often it gets inflated. This is due in part to stress fatigue. A new balloon is hard to blow up but as you repeatedly blow it up over and over it gets easier to blow up.

    If you blow as hard after you have done this 50 times then at the end of blowing it up on attempt 50 the balloon will be expanded greater than the first time if you blow into it using as much effort as the first time you blew it up yet the balloon has not gained any new rubber, it has only become more expandable with the same force.

    The body may build more smooth muscle but the greater girth you achieve may be largely due to being able to get better expansion due to the repeated stresses you have forced upon your ding dong over time.

    I could get extremely detailed on this subject alone and end up with a page and a half on elasticity and stress fatigue, throw in some stuff about collagen and a few pictures and create a thread that would come off as scientific as all hell.

    Maybe throw in 7 or 8 exercises with a twist, change the names of them and presto, I have a book for sale.

    I would even use spell check to make it all pretty and such.

    If you read the whole post, I think you get what I mean, but anyway, let me explain better.

    It has been said that the penis is like a balloon. It is a good analogy, but a better analogy would be: like two party balloons (corpora cavernosa), surrounded by an inner bycicle tire (the tunica albuginea).

    When the bycicle tire is loose, inflating the party balloons will stretch the bycicle tiree easily; but when the bycicle tire is already stretched near to its limit, no matter how you try to inflate the party balloons, the size of the whole thing will not change, because the bycicle tire is just too strong compared to the party balloons.

    Now, suppose you add another party balloon inside the bycicle tire (somewhat analogous to creating more smooth muscle) and try inflating it; will you be able to stretch more the bycicle tire? No. Either you make the bycicle tire loose, or you make it longer (length-wise and/or girth-wise) (or you develope a heart strong like an industrial pump, but in that case you could break the bycicle tire, so your penis ).

    Hope this makes some sense.
