    Mr. Gator, my fine Floridian friend, PE HAS worked for you. I read above where you claim your erections are so hard, you can't bend your dick. That would be a great benefit of regular PE practice.

    If you haven't gained any more ground than when you first started, I recommend a 2 week deconditioning break. This will give your dick time to decondition and so forth from the past year you've been at the rub n tug. During this 2 week time frame, build yourself a new routine, something with different exercises to stimulate your penis in different ways. It's like going to the gym and only doing crunches for your abs. In order to get max benefit and stimulte your abs, performing different exercises is a must. Same for your dick.

    As for the psychological asprect, well, if you choose not to believe you choose not to believe. I will tell you, however, that I do subscribe to the PMA side of PE (positive mental attitude) and I truly do believe that in conjunction with my workouts and supplements has given me the dick I've always wanted.

    Anyway, I hope this post helps you out a little. I don't want to see you walk away from this process. It does work and I know it'll work for you.

    Perhaps try sleeping in the side fowfer position? That way you'll be constantly stretching your dick out for X amount of time.

    I notice that when I wake up, I'm no longer in that postion. If that happens, simply retuck your dick between your legs and fall back asleep. :P

    heres a thought (ironically from someone who has never gained)-
    Do what you did to gain again. Measure. Then when you not the gain (before the loss period), STOP. document how long it takes for you to lose your gains without PE, and go from there. I am a research assistant, and one thing my higher ups always say os that if you have a problem with many possible variables, eliminate all but one, then manipulate it.

    and didn't want a break,but I did and it helped a lot with my issues.Everything is out of whack,and perhaps all
    you do need is a break from thought. You said it your self,I think too much. Do a default, go to square one, reboot.

    I noticed that you didn't mention doing any stamina exercises. Did you do any while you were trying to add size? Did you do any while you weren't doing PE?
