How many hours of hanging to gain an inch??

100%... I use to use the progressive method, almost like drop sets, I dropped weight.. IE: 1st set 15lbs, try it again set 2.. Couldn't get it, down to 13 lb.. 3 set 13 lb again unless I couldn't get it.. Now I just try to steady progress up like 5 this week, 6 next, 6 again for the next, etc. etc. then to 7..

This sounds like an interesting and effective variant on the drop set method
