Just got off a 3 week break because I overtrained and also messed up my pelvic floor. So everything was good and I did a light routine to get back into it, just 20sec stretch each direction and 20 jelqs.
So about 4 hours after the session I had a sharp pain at the glans/corona in one spot that lasted just a second and then happened a few more times within 30-45 minutes.
Woke up today with strong morning wood and no pain since the incident last night. Should I take today off or would I be okay to train?
