Are there legit creams to help with healing the penis?

Hi guys,

So this is my first post on this forum. I started PE sriously about 2 months ago, and had some good results. About 1.5 week ago though i got hard flaccid. Probably due to an injury with jelqing. Overdid it maybe? Had some pain on one side of the upper part of the penis for a while.

My question is, are there creams out there that help the healing process? For example i found this one.

Do these actually work? I dont want to fall into a scam.

Any other tips of healing bruises/injuries in the penis?
