    Had morning wood at about 40 %. Still numb otherwise. I'm still sensitive to cold and hot, so I'm hoping that's a good sign. The super bowl kept my mind off things a little but it's hard to not think about hah.

    Sounds to me you strained your bulbocavernosus muscle, forcing kegels when not conditioned is dangerous.

    Hot bath everyday no masturbation or kegels Nothing for 2 weeks and perineum massage

    Perineum massage... ?

    Sorry to keep adding to the post but want to keep updating symptoms so everyone with a better grasp on this (har har) can give me more advice,

    I feel like the tip of my guy is still at least as sensitive, if only a little less than it was (I'm not circumscised), I still feel cold and hot. My foreskin is actually very numb. It feels like there's just some foreign sheath around my penis.

    OK. I apologize for being a little ignorant but im not well versed in all of this stuff. How does the perineum affect penis sensitivity? The force behind my ejection on those I'll advised matusturbation sessions after my junk went numb on Tuesday was barely existent, is that where the perineum massage comes into play?

    The perineum is where the PF muscles are. If there is tension, stretching and massage are how you release the tension, if it's there. There are a lot of nerves in the area and of there is tension then those nerves can become entrapt. i suggest you take a couple weeks off from stimulation to see if that alleviates the symptoms. If there's a strain it needs to heal first before fondling with the muscle. Take a look at ny signature and compare symptoms.

    Thanks, guess I'll be picking up a tennis ball today.

    Just gonna keep updating this with how I feel as kind of a journal, and also so people can keep adding any info they may have.

    No wood this morning. Woke up on my stomach and a little "shifting" on the bed revealed some more sensitivity down there (don't worry, was only for a few seconds). Still pretty numb by the base and skin still feels thick and numb around my penis but the tip and top top of my dick seem to be regaining some decent feeling.
