Thread: anxiety giving me HF, what can i do?

    so following my routine last sunday night i read a horror HF thread after my dick turtled a bit and sent me into a bit of a panic, initially thinking it was an injury (but now realising its all in my mind) and since then whenever my mind is on it or stressed a little i get HF what can i do to keep this at bay? can still get hard and so on but EQ is generally poor because im anxious as fuck, should i go to the doctors for meds or ride it out for a few weeks? im naturally a depressed and anxious person but until now have gone without any sort of medication, but realising i probably need some form of help, really gutted because im eager to PE, and guessing i wont be able to do it like this, any advice appreciated

    Same thing happened to me. I hypothesize that due to this phenomena the vast majority of your symptoms are anxiety driven and to cure yourself you need to handle your stress levels. It will aggravate the condition. Your worries are most likely traveling to the subconscious which makes them unnoticeable. Check your PF, it it has tension then that tension is probably being driven but stress, mine was.
    IF PF tension is an issue of your my thread will help.
    Good luck and I hope you are able to make a full recovery.
    Also docs won't help unless they are sex therapists/counselors.

    had a look on your treatment, i have none of those symptoms (other than the HF), no pain or anything, think is if i have my mind off it for longish periods of time i have a feel down there and its softer like normal, then goes hard quick almost instantly as my mind focuses on it, thing with the doctors is that they could prescribe me with xanax or something

    A pill won't fix all your problems. You will just add to the lazy population who "just wants pills" Then you get hooked on it and abuse it. See a sex therapist or just stop worrying man, it's all in your head. I cured my hard flaccid without a pill, you don't need them. You can do this, anyone can!

    i get that dude, but anxiety and depression is something that has taken over my life for quite a long time and this had been a big kick to the teeth that maybe i do need help, one thing i did notice is that helicopter shakes make it go softer momentarily aswell, could this be a cirulation problem, or again just an anxiety issue? will i be able to PE with this considering its not injury related, im certainly a lot more chilled out than i was last week about it, just want a solution now and will ride it out for another week or two regardless, any suggestions of things i can do to help my mental state atm?

    You should not have any underlying physical, mental or emotional anomalies before beginning PE. Trust me, the result could be disastrous.
