    I've stopped PE lately so it's not due to overtraining . But ever since I've stopped PE my flacid has got small and hard, actualy the only times it's a hard flacid is when I'm standing up , when I'm sitting down its soft. Also when I'm weight lifting my HF gets really bad but after I go for a jog my unit is really soft and dangly.

    Obvisiouly reasons for HF are tight pelvic floor and overtraining PE.

    But what are like the main 3 reasons for a HF?

    Also I read back on this thread and they were giving this guy with a HF with a low EQ they were telling him to do kegels and hotwraps to help increase blood flow to the area. Now kegels is NOT what you want to do if your HF is from a tight pelvic floor. So what other things out there will cause a HF

    I'm also on depression medication I asked the doc if this type of medication could effect my EQ and he said it won't. But could it affect it in a flacid state ?

    Also I have pretty bad asthma

    "Hard flaccid" is relatively common. You get it when you are anxious and exercise because of the restriction of bloodflow involved in each of these scenarios.
    "Chronic Hard Flaccid" to be specific is the problem. I can't think of any other situations other than prolonged anxiety, PF tension and or penile injury that would cause it. Maybe stimulant use?

    Any harm Done to your bulbocavernosus muscle Will out tension and reduce bloodflow which leads to hard flaccid symptoms.

    Its enough to get an erection in constricted pants to harm the bc.
