I am freaking out about this. I have looked all over the forums and everyone says the same things(take green tea, do a certain exercise etc.) and I don't know what to do. I will give you story. I have always been a little self conscious about my dick size(about 5.8 length and 4.8 girth. I know not awful but not huge by any means.) and I tried out the JP90 day routine on and off for probably the last 8 months or so. I would usually go for about two weeks...look at my dick and thought it looked weird. The head was always bigger than the shaft for example so I would just stop. Plus it is rather time consuming. So I would always go off and on for the last 8 months or so. I would try some different exercises such as ULI's with the 90 day program but I would never do like a lot of them. maybe like 2 or 3 at the end of a workout. But again like I said I would just do the jp90 every couple of weeks then give up. Rise and repeat. Anyways this last month I was doing it and I noticed I would get some pretty bad turtling after my workout. I knew this was a sign of overtraining but I had no idea what a hard flaccid was at the time. So the next day I went on youtube and searched Jelqing and saw a video of this guy called Billy Bergman doing about 50 reps of a simple overhand ok jelq. The difference was this guy did about 10 second long jelqs so I thought I would try it. Huge mistake. I did this for about two days...and by the third day I noticed my dick was severly overtrained. I thought nothing of it for a few days and then began to get worried when the thing started looking like a dried up raisin and was not mushy like it usually is. I began to panic when I looked it up and heard of this thing called a Hard Flaccid. So for about the last week or so I have been severly depressed and anxious about it. I suffer from this despite the Hard Flaccid but the thought of not having a properly working dick at 19 is pretty fucking depressing. Anyways...It is only when I am standing up or showering. I know it is like this for most people but that is all it really is. It is very hard for me to get a erection standing up and keeping it. Its not impossible but its harder than it was before this happened.I also never get random boners anymore. Sometimes I get like a little chub but not like a full hard on before.When I am sitting down my dick almost feels normal...I know my PF is relaxed and everything but its just so weird to me. This is very concerning to me and would like to cure this. I know I have drug this out but I am just freaking out about everything right now and would like for some advice and help guys. Thank you.

Take coenzyme Q10,l-argenine,zinc, Vitamin D and b12 also antioxidant like green tea, pomegranate etc.Your cells in penis have become degenerated due to the pressure u had applied,there is no pelvic floor dysfunction if it is so u will be having pain in abdomen or urination issues.Do not disturb by checking ur errection.Do u get morning wood?If u get then there is nothing to worry take the above supplement and wait patiently may be for 6 months.

I don't have any urination problems maybe like once but 90% of the time it is fine. I just have noticed the hard flaccid and not getting as good of erections. I have abstained until tonight for the past 5 days or so and I noticed slight improvements. Thank you for the advice. I'll keep updating.

See the above thread for advice on treating hard flaccid symptoms and other pelvic floor issues. Hindi squats and reverse kegels are a must, don't go easy on them - do them as much as you need to every day. Abstain from porn and masturbation for now. Try to stay relaxed and put your mind towards other things while you heal, and believe me you CAN heal! You're not stuck like this.
Also consider improving your posture especially if you sit down a lot, and stop yourself from normal kegeling (the muscle movement you use when you try to hold in urine). Hey guys just a quick update but its been about 3 weeks since I got the HF and I have noticed that my conditions have gotten slightly better since the start. I have been taking l-arginine most days and been doing a lot of RK's. Are RK's just a temporary fix? I noticed right after I do it it helps but usually goes back to its normal state after a few minutes. Also I have been doing the tennis ball massage but with my fingers and this seems to help the most but I instead use my fingers and massage my pelvic floor and this usually helps a little bit. This is such a weird thing and I really hope I am not stuck this way the rest of my life. I really need some advice on what I should keep doing and some reassurance I guess. The good news I guess is that I can still get rock hard when sitting down while watching porn and if I stand up it usually won't go away. However I am trying to do Nofap and go cold turkey for at least 90 days. What should I take or keep doing?
