Hi.
I'm new to PE, and my first experience with jelqing was about three weeks ago. Back then, I did a 10 min warm-up with a rice sock, and followed up with the beginners routine as explained in one of the articles here. However, the day after, I experienced pain down there, and my morning wood disappeared. I'm patient about doing this so I didn't exercise more for two weeks, and my morning wood got back and everything seemed just fine.
A few days ago, I tried a much lighter routine, without stretching and just two mins of jelqing. The day after I still experienced some pain. What am I doing wrong?
I believe I do the warm-up properly, the rice sock is hot (but not burning hot). Any ideas?

If you experience any pain and loss of morning wood, stop doing ANY PE until you completely recover. When you do restart, do so lightly.

uhm...you can try a routine with only 10 light (very light) jelq and see. If you have pain or any kind of discomfort then don't do it.pain and low eq are very bad signs from the body.
another thing: in which part of the penis you feel pain?the top part?in this case you may do half jelq (you stop at half penis) o reverse jelq.
In any case pay attention of how you feel during the exercise.
