See a urologist. Are you able to pull your foreskin all the way back? I suffered from severe phimosis and tight frenulum so I had to get circumcised. They did frenuloplasty for my tight frenulum and I'm all good.

Before losing virginity i wasnt able to peel all the way back when erected. If the OP has something similar to this then he will be fine but, I dont think this is the case with the OP he made a very vague question and its hard to even determine whats going on.

Yes, 7BootyK is right - go to see urologist. I have visited really good sexuologist who specialize on PE and he send me to the urologist - he thinks I have phyiscal PE because of frenulum breve.
I visited urologist and I'm going to a surgery - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frenul...epuce_of_penis - it's planed to happend with general anesthesia, so don't try to do it at home.
