A physio who does male pelvic floor work would be worth a visit.

Thanks for the input! This was a one time trauma. I've never jelqed or done pe.

I'm worried this is going to be permanent

Don't get too worked up yet, wait and see. In the meantime, I would suggest laying off masturbation. Some injuries take longer to heal than others and until you have a better idea of what it is, you don't want to do anything that could aggravate it.

Oh dear the freak out thing at this point is the most likely cause of long term problems.

Most times it's a pelvic floor injury. In that case, you would need to find out if it's a tight pelvic floor or a loose pelvic floor. Pelvic floor stuff can be corrected. But before diving into the pelvic floor stuff, I would get an ultrasound thru ur urologist, just to rule out any mechanical damage. More than likely what you are experiencing isn't serious

Also, if you're getting morning wood.. you are fine. Venous leaks are rare and you wouldn't be getting morning wood.. look into the hans protocol here on pegym

I think you should get it checked by a urologist as soon as possible. Why did he/she squeeze it that hard though? Just asking.
