Most times it's a pelvic floor injury. In that case, you would need to find out if it's a tight pelvic floor or a loose pelvic floor. Pelvic floor stuff can be corrected. But before diving into the pelvic floor stuff, I would get an ultrasound thru ur urologist, just to rule out any mechanical damage. More than likely what you are experiencing isn't serious:angel:
