About a week ago I was masturbating and felt something stinging at the bottom of the shaft. It wasn't really a pain but really a noticeable discomfort. Since then, I feel the same weird feeling in my penis. It's really hard to explain. A weird tingling. It's just there. Sometimes it goes away, sometimes the stinging/tingling comes again. I can still masturbate but the feeling is more noticeable with an erection. What the hell is that? What do you think?

Most likely some kind of over-reactive nerve. Stop wanking for 4 or 5 days, leave it a lone and check again. I am not a doctor, this is strictly just my opinion.

What UB said--need to just let things be and they should return to normal. And also like UB, I ain't no doctor, etc.
But in all seriousness, things like this will take care of themselves if you just leave things alone and 1.) stop thinking about it 2.) stop trying to "test things out" to see if it's back to normal.
