Just damaged my scrotum, require advice / also will update on the situation

For two weeks now i had some sort of a pimple. At least it was looking like that. It looked like a elongated white pimple maybe half a millimeter in diameter. So of course i had to touch it... i pulled it and it felt like a small sting and now a little amount of blood came out(that little amount looks scary on balls). I am now sitting and letting the blood coagulate and close up the wound.
The only thing i can say is i noticed this after i shaved my balls in the shower so i constantly believed i separated a little bit of skin and that was it. (doesnt need to be that)
I would appreciate any advice

I've had "pimples"/ingrown hairs on my scrotum before, I treat them just like I would on my face, tweezer the hair out, gently squeeze and clear the pimple, etc

Heals back to normal in a couple of days, just fine

Ingrown hair is my vote. Can obviously get very tender and infected--gotta ride things out until the hair gets to the surface and long enough to tweeze out.
