I did no fap for like 2 years, barely getting an erection. Obviously I didn't know if you don't get an erection, your penis health deteriorates and you can lose size. If I've lost size, do you think I could gain that back with PE and still experience the gains I would have if I never lost it at all? I almost feel like I lost a whole inch during those 2 years. My EQ was fucked too, I couldn't even get hard making out with a girl for like an hour.

Yes sir you could. Just stay away from porn and start working out . I would also look into a natural supplement stack such as vitiman C and garlic pills.

Keep to light pumping and taking erection boosters and edging.

the penis without regular erections is vulnerable to further injury without the rehabilitating effects. At least until you can get your EQ back.

Loss of size is common in peyronie's patients, and those coming back from prostatectomies.

Yes, it can get smaller from disuse. Time to get healthy again.

But like, do you think it will hurt my potential gains? Like say I'm at 6 now and I was at 7, now I can only max out at 8 instead of 9? Hypothetically.

Why Vitamin C and garlic pills?

I doubt anyone here will know this for sure. Potentially you can keep going forever, but your gains will slow. Will it slow at a smaller length? Who knows, but even if it does, you knowing the answer won't actually change anything. All you know is where you are now, and that you could get bigger if you want.
                Starting - Goal
                BPEL: 6.7 - BPEL: 8.5
                MSEG: 5.25 - MSEG: 6.25
                Current: BPEL: 7.0 MSEG: 5.6

The initial gains to your previous size should be relatively quick . My belief is potential is not affected.

Hey Dirty. The garlic pills and vitamin C help increase blood flow. Also a good diet in general will work wonders. Good luck boss

Conditioning will be key for a while after disuse, ease back into things

How often did you have sex? The old saying "If you don't use it, you will lose it" definitely holds true for penises.
