Yes. I’ve had that issue when I was hanging with my Vac3. I learned to cut the tape into smaller strips to create a lattice of over lapping strips. I always started with the pee hole and worked around that. I also made sure to cover my frenulum with tape as when, even when using my Phallosan prior to my hanging routine. Good luck.

Its the adhesive no doubt. Try takeing that first thin strip, placing it in your palm first, this will get some of that off. Then place on your pee hole and reinforce it with a second strip over the first.

If you're using an adhesive tape, like athletic tape used to tape ankles for sports, then you don't want to place that over your meatus, as it has too much adhesive on it making removal painful. That tape is meant to shed sweat & moisture on less sensitive parts of your body, so it has a lot of adhesive that's very sticky. Instead, look in your first aid aisle for a product made by 3M (in the US) for wound care. It's a thin foam tape that sticks to sensitive skin, but not to wounds. It sheds moisture, so it's perfect for taping over your meatus. It is marketed here in the States under the name "Nexcare"

Nexcare is what I was using but still had to make the adjustments in my earlier post.

Do you think the sillicone caps could be an alternative?

Actually you might try those silicone gel caps made for protecting injured big toes. You could place one of those completely over your glans then tape it firmly to your shaft behind your coronal ridge. That would protect your glans and pad it well too, I would think.

Ordinarily, a number of factors can increase your risk of ED. Attaining an erection involves the brain, nerves, and blood vessels.
