I was born with an inguinal hernia on the right side, had it repaired when I was very young - no trouble ever since.
Until recently the same problem on the left side. Operated on and healing well.
I am keen to resume PE practices, which I've been doing for years but am naturally concerned to do it safely.
Has anyone had similar experience and what did you do?
