    If I had to rate my EQ I would say it's poor. I’ve taken note of what I noticed and below I have what I'm experiencing:


    1. The base of my penis feels weak
    2. The angle of my erection between 90 and 120 degrees tilting to the right

    3. I can’t keep an erection as my penis goes soft quickly
    4. (This isn’t so much the penis, but my testis sort of has an ache when I ejaculate)


    More details below for those who want to read about it


    For problems #1 and 2, my erection tends to bounce especially if I flex my pc muscles as if I was doing
    kegels. At my age of 28, I don’t think I should be pointing downwards but more so upwards. At least maybe less than 90 degrees. As long as I’ve been masturbating, I’ve been pretty rough and actually the method by which I masturbated was really bad. Been doing it since my teens. I realize now that I’ve been doing it and overdoing it. I used my thighs mostly which I think is why my erections tilt to the right. I speculate that I may have damaged my suspensory ligament since I believe that is what determines the angle of the erection. There was another ligament that stars with an F I believe but I’m not sure if that has a role in this or not. What I do know is that my erection doesn’t point up. The left side of my erection seems to be “somewhat” normal but the right side seems to be the worst.


    For problem #3 I’ve noticed that in the past 1.5 to two months, I tend to lose my erection quickly if sexual stimulation stops and or changing positions with my girlfriend. About 2 to 3 months ago, I bought a penis pump and I was pretty much new to PE. I wasn’t consistent with pumping as I did it either once or twice a week. I believe I skipped a few weeks as well, but I was really cautious as when I pumped, I held it for about 15 seconds then released the pressure. I’m not sure if I had too much pressure or not, but I’m questioning if I damaged anything. I read a few threads where the OP is questioning if they have a venous leak or not. Some other member suggested that it could be low Testosterone. It could also be stress. This would have to be something I need to go to a urologist about, but if any of you have experience or know something about this that, any information would be appreciated.


    For problem #4 I believe that is due to over-ejaculation. I’ve had about 3 or 4 cases of epididymitis where I had to take antibiotics for it. The last recent case of it, I have an ache especially when I ejaculate. Sometimes I would masturbate to help me fall asleep and not use the bathroom afterward. I'm not sure if that caused this problem but I know you’re supposed to urinate after ejaculation.


    To recap:
    1. My Erections feel weak at the base of my penis
    2. Erection Angle is past 90^ tilting/ to the right side
    3. When gaining an erection, I lose it quickly if stimulation stops and/or changing positions
    4. Discomfort in testicles when ejaculating.




    My plan of action is to see if most of these issues can be resolved on their own.

    I’m going to refrain from:

    1. Masturbation (which I’m actually 3 days into doing)
    2. Refrain from pumping
    3. Refrain from any sexual activity


    I saw in another post that Arnica, L-Arginine, and other blood flow enhancers might help. Right now I have Arnica, L-Arginine, and Vitamin E. I’m going to see how I feel within the next few weeks. I’m going to make an appointment with the urologist to see whats going on.

    I woke up with a morning wood but I think it's because I had to pee. I'm am actually not sure if there's a difference between having to pee and it causing a morning erection.

    I also feel my penis twitching. There's is like a tingle, and warm sensation but nothing too serious. I would rate it a 1/10. Could this be a sign of it trying to heal itself?

    Could be a few things indeed more than 1 thing concurrently .
    First thing see a doc get a hormone check post the numbers.

    Do you have toilet issues .
    How is your flexibility?

      No toilet issues soo far. As far as flexibility goes, do you mean in general or lower body?

              Hi Up till now how is your eating pattern, is it mostly fast and junk foods, followed by lots of sodas, if so you could well have cholesterol plaque blocking or partial blocking your veins which be affecting your erections.

              If that's the fact I have something that will help there, it will get your blood zinging round your body and give you back some great erections.

                I masturbate at least 3 times a week. Sometimes a few days in a row and sometimes I'd skip a few days. The last time I did was 4.5 Days ago (I'm keeping track).

                My eating pattern consists of mostly fast and junk food. I'll occasionally get a salad and some nuts. I drive a lot for my job so I'm usually going to convenience stores. I drink a few bottles of water a day since it's been very hot the last few weeks.

                I went to the doctor today to get my thyroid levels checked (I have hypothyroidism). I've had this since I was 18 and I know this could possibly affect things physically. In addition to that, I asked for my testosterone levels to be checked. He also had me take a test to check the levels of prolactin. So I'm awaiting my results which will probably come in 2-3 days.

                  Like i said it could be a lot of different things .
                  One possibility is tight pelvic floor interfering with blood flow .
                  As stretching is health positive in the general sense and you say you are tight I am posting a stretching link . On a it can't do any harm basis .

                    Thanks Pegasus. Last week I did start to do some kegels with the Kegel Trainer app (android). I'm not sure if it caused the problem but in the past I've had some pelvic issues. I also pumped at least once last week. I'll start to do these stretches in the morning.

                      I did the stretching exercises listed in the link and they definitely helped relax and release some tension in my hips. Earlier I mentioned I had some pelvic floor issues in the past which I had spasms in my perineal area. I remember a chiropractor who does trigger point therapy said I had weak glutes and muscle imbalances. Hopefully working these out will have a good effect. I am still waiting on my lab results.

                        Got my test results in:
                        My levels are in bold

                        Testosterone, Free, S 18.2 5.05 - 19.8 ng/dL

                        Testosterone, Total, S 757 240 - 950 ng/dL

                        There was a change in my thyroid levels but I don't think it has a big effect on me. Other than this, I noticed when I have to urinate and I've been holding it, I get a weird sensation in my penis. It's like a slight pain and a little twitching. Has anyone experienced that before?

                          Update July 26th, 2018

                          It's been almost a week since my last post, and 2 weeks since I've cut out PE, porn, and masturbation. Below are my current issues:

                          1. Inability to maintain an erection while standing and laying down while pointing penis towards the ceiling.
                          2. Erection angle is low and tilts to the right at the base.
                          3. Erection still feels weak at the base while standing.

                          What I have been doing so far is the exercises Pegasus suggested I do, I've been taking a supplement called steel-libido red and I've had an ultrasound on my testicles (because I was having pain in the past.)

                          I have had a few morning erections, but not a lot. I noticed the head of my penis has been bigger and I believe that due to taking the Steel-Libido Red supplement. It seemed to be that big when my penis was laying on my stomach. Standing up erection goes completely away.

                          The results of the ultrasound I had on my testicles came back negative for any hydroceles/cysts etc. Like I said I believe I had inflammation of the epididymis and over ejaculating was causing pain.

                          It's only been 2 weeks so far and I know everything doesn't change overnight. My biggest concern overall is really the inability to maintain an erection while standing, and pointing towards the ceiling while I'm on my back. I want to know what's the cause of that.

                            This seems pelvic floor related the testosterone is good.

                            I would be looking to clean up diet as a general health measure .
                            Reverse kegels will help and hindi squat etc , some massage forms and so on .
                            A physio who does male pelvic floor work is the ideal solution.

                              Reverse kegels seems to be somewhat of a challenge. I guess the way to do them would be like you were forcing urine and or stool out of you. If I am doing the Hindi squats with deep breathing from the diaphragm, would I somewhat do reverse kegels/relax those muscles involved?

                              The yoga poses feel great. I feel my hips opening up in certain poses. Others I have discomfort so I have to adjust as I stretch until I develop more flexibility.

                              Thanks Pegasus for the great info. When all of this gets resolved I would like to learn more about male multiple orgasm.
