  • Old Injury

I posted on another forum a few years ago and was sort of passed off as it being in my mind. I let it heal and had years of hit or miss erections. It is definitely an injury and I’m trying to see if anyone can possibly help.

I’ve been to two urologists who really haven’t been able to help.

The injury was while I was clamping. I don’t fully remember what happened but my penis went from hard to basically limp but stayed a bit because of the clamp. I have a feeling at the base of my cock, I can’t explain it but its not exactly a pain more like how a cut feels but under the skin.

I had a few years of decent erections however nothing like it once was. Recently my new gf is very rough and it seems it has irritated the injury. I can feel an itching when I leave if for a few days as if a cut is healing. I know it sounds weird but that’s how I can describe it. I thought it was possibly the tunica but recently it feels like the healing is exactly where the largest vein meets at my base.

I have been using dmso, and random vein oil massages. This seems to help but any sex quickly irritates and sets me back. It seems pressure at the base irritates it the most and made things worse back in the day so I won’t even attempt it now.

Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Possibly damage to a section of nerve, its myelin sheath, and it could be easily aggravated.
I'm no doctor, so 'grain of salt' , ok ?

I'm really sorry for your situation and hope you find a way to get better soon.
Sorry for asking, but I was curious what type of clamp were you using?

The initial injury could have caused the pelvic floor to spasm .
To eliminate this as a possible cause of your current issues a visit to a physio who does male pelvic floor work .

I will look more into this and finding someone. I've been reading a lot about that on this site.

It's okay, I'm determined to figure out and fully heal. Not sure if I can post links but it was from http://www.cableclamp.com/product-category/cable-clamp/.

Up until that day progress was great and erections were insane.

Thank you all for your help, I'm also reading more about the nerves from the first reply.

extremely unhelpful. They dont want to do further tests. Prescribed viagra and said if it works it's best to leave it alone.

update: I'm not sure what if is I'm doing but something is healing. The last two days I had sex and was able to maintain an erection like I haven't seen since high school, however I lose it fast without stimulation. It definitely isn't healed afterward I feel the itching non stop now and a slight burning that comes and goes. I'm going to try to leave it alone which seems to be more difficult then I had thought. I just wish I knew what is wrong and if it will fully heal or be a constant use it and let it rest thing.

Just an update. I had a solid two weeks where it was almost as if I never had an injury. I recently bought a joovv red light to possibly help in the healing process. Everything had been fine however the last day or two things seem to be back to the way they were.

I do notice slight loss of sensation on the left side of my shaft. I also notice sometimes a hard flacid which also seems to indicate a problem getting erect will follow.

Currently using dmso, red light, vein oil and sometimes a cbd hemp oil. Not sure which one works but it seems theres hope but still unsure what the problem is.

When I ripped my tunica it felt like splices in my dick like razorblades and a bad papercut. Extremely painful especially at around the same time as the injury occured. Over the years it got better but I was much too sexually active to have it fixed at first. I'm praying for you, this one hits too close to home.

Did it eventually heal? Did you have surgery?

I've become obsessed with healing this. dmso seems to be the most helpful out of everything as I have run out and not using it for a week has halted the healing process. I'm waiting for bpc 157 and tb500 in the mail. If those dont help I'm pretty much out of ideas.

Man if you're a young man, it's gonna be hard because of your high libido. Like others have said on here penis's take very long to heal. It's like you gotta abstain from sexual activity long enough for it to heal. Time off combined with drug therapy may work. Example: my urologist told me he wanted me to wrap my mind around this that I would get better erections immediately if I took the prescription for erectile dysfunction, which was 5 mgs of Cialis for 3 months.

I have taken it for two months and I am almost there. It pushes circulation down there faster, spend ing of plenty good blood flow down there. Seems to rejog the healing process. Along with making sure you don't have smegma. Oxygen is important. So wash a lot, once per day etc

The tunica will heal . It feels funny but it works. The Cialis also gives lots of boners. And boners are good they are needed for healing.

You won't get too much wood, well in my case it didn't is because it need s stimulation with yourhand. Prepare for ups and downs in healing. Regression and progressiion . Once you start feeling the flaccid getting hard you are in good news

That means the Ed is healing itself. Once you locate the position of the tunica rip, find ways to be rest assured comfortable, as the pain will keep you honest. Also nocturnal erections plus morning wood will keep you solid. God bless!

Also you can still masturbate but keep it to a minimum and not vigorously. Not to gossip but look up johhnny1 s post. His was extreme but it took 9 months to heal as well a story of hope.

                              However I don't know if it's a permanent solution, it's hella expensive
