hi guys, so it's been a couple of months that I started doing yoga poses and a routine of kegels/reverse kegels and I feel very good and having made progress, my question is today while doing the cobra pose I tried to do a reverse kegel and felt a little pain on the pelvic area I do not feel that pain on any pose while doing reverse kegel only on the cobra pose I doubt because I stretch the abs and that's the reason, is it a bad sign? should I do reverse kegels in that position or is it dangerous?
