Hello,
I was stretching and jelqing couple of days ago and day after I felt pain.
The pain is in a vein/blood vessel on the bottom right below my glans going up to my bottom of the glans. The vessel is pretty noticeable more than usual and it goes up to the glans.
I have itching pain there, I have been able to get erection 85% with my hand but felt some pain there like exactly on the vein and the bottom of the glans.
Please advise me what to do, thanks.

Sorry to hear of this. I'd say, time to halt PE and stop all penis activities, except urination, for 7 - 10 days.
Then re-evaluate.
Occasional warm showers/soaking in the tub might expedite recovery.Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym

Okay thank you,
So I’ll wait a week now warm compress and hot showers.
Also next time I’m back I need to be more gentle you mean by re evaluate? Or to stop pe?

by re-evaluate - see if your symptoms/pain have gone. I would not re-start any pe until you see if things have improved.

Only 4-5 days have passed, be patient, occasional heat/warmth could help.

I ran into the same problem, except I had to wait 14 days. I just feel like I've been waiting a long time. Is this normal or is it different for everyone? It was especially painful for me in the morning when I had an erection. I was very worried about this and did not know how to calm down and every day it was getting worse. A friend advised me to take kratom capsules to calm down and it really helped me. I am very happy that I am now doing well and haven't faced similar incidents again. Thank you in advance for your advice, I hope this is normal and I'm just impatient.

give it time but I mean really time like a few weeks at least and dont try to force erections to test them or something like that
10 mins of warm up, 10 mins...
Been doing Jelqing and stretching...
