    So for the last couple months I have been wearing this girth band from LG hanger. It's simply a 1 inch piece I cut off the .875 sleeve. It keeps me a little more plump throughout the day. Lately I've been having issues getting erections and suddenly worry that it has been cutting off blood flow to my penis and has done damage. I just bought 3 silicone cock rings for the first time and they don't feel much different than the girth band. They barely keep blood in my penis after an erection. Would I know for sure if my penis was damaged due to lack of blood flow?

    Constriction devices are not designed for long term use like a metal cock ring. I would give yourself a couple weeks of rest and re-evaluate. Depending on the device 20 to 30 minutes max.

      Okay but their site says to leave it on all the time even while sleeping bcuz it isn't tight enough to cut off blood flow. The circumference of it is about the same as my flaccid penis circumference.

        Whatever, I had on an O-ring that wasn't tight in anyway. Could spin it around my flaccid dick and balls. Fell asleep with it on, found the perfect angle to sleep with my one leg up and the other down on my stomach I surmise. I woke with actual bruises, purple skin, lymph node engaged. I cancelled a doctors appointment because I didn't want to explain the obvious trauma. Dick blew up from 5.8" girth to 6 1/4" girth from the swelling and lymph system trying to address the damage. Took about a month for me to get back to normal.

        One thing to wear it all day, another thing to sleep (or fall asleep) with it on.

              Also ZZ is right, constriction devices shouldn't be worn all day. Would you walk around with a clamp on? Even a cock ring I used was bad enough and was causing bruising so I stopped.

                I said give it a couple weeks to heal, not jump off a bridge. Please, don't jump to conclusions, stop with the life is over crap. Let it heal, learn from this lesson, it will come back, and as requested, give it some time.

                  Yeah man take break for like a week are two. Then I would do some type of kegel or towel raise exercise. To help restore blood flow.

                    Here's the most frustrating part, I don't know what's wrong with me. I have zero sex drive. I started no fap/no porn again 6 days ago. I've been extremely depressed lately.                       You are stressing about it way too much and causing more problems than you started with. Just take it easy and enjoy the ride, the amount of stress you're under can cause ED by itself. PE takes time and you will see results in EQ and size by just being patient and taking care while training. Also quitting porn can temporarily reduce sex drive, especially if you're really addicted and not viewing it anymore. You're brain finds only porn arousing and you aren't getting any. Just give it time for your mind to rewire.

                        It's probably all in my head. I'm really fucked up and this was just the straw that broke the camels back. I read that cock rings shouldn't be worn all the time and realized I've been wearing something similar for months. Don't you think if it did do damage there'd be obvious signs? I don't have bruising and I never woke up with it purple with edema or anything like that. I tested it. If I get an erection with it on the band does not keep the blood in the penis. It goes back down like normal. It simply keeps it slightly more plump.

                          Listen, your brain is fucking with you know and keeping you from performing. The more you worry, the worse it gets - classic psycological ED. The more you think about it, the less likely an erection will occur. Learn to relax, learn to breathe, learn to let life's challenges fall by the wayside when it comes to happy time.

                          Wear the rings when needed, but don't push it when not needed. You have proven that yourself. They are great during the deed, but not needed during off time. You may not have experienced he issues I have, but clearly, they have caused some abnormalities that need to be monitored.

                            IMO the rings should only be worn after girth work to temporarily retain expansion for about 20-30 mins. I was wearing longer than that and had bad PIs, this told me that wearing the cock ring wasn't good for me. Listen to your body. Anything that restricts blood supply shouldn't be worn long-term.

                              Also I asked myself if it was essential to wear a cockring to achieve the results I want and the answer was absolutely not!!! results can be achieved through a basic routine.
