  • Just came back from the urologist

I told my urologist that I was having pain in my penis and I also felt like spaghetti noodles down there. He told me ''with lacerations in the tunica albuginea the goal is to nip it in the bud and hope it never comes back, then take Cialis or Viagra after if you still have Ed" he went on to explain that there is nothing that can speed up recovery if the tunica albuginea. He also mentioned that ssris can play a contributing factor in Ed. He told there are certain things you need to do in life like shovel snow, but just take it easy and don't over do it.

He said the best cure is abstinence and time. He also said it's not the size of the worm but it's how you wiggle it. He told me my testosterone was 7.9 and also 8.1 on a level from 7.6 to 31. I told him "fuck, that's an old man. He told me that they would retest my testosterone in my blood again and also he referred me to a male physiotherapist. I explained I didn't want them to pull on my penis. He reasurred me that it wouldn't happen because it's not a rug and pull test lol. He told me to come back in three months for a check up and hopefully my cpp disability and e.i.a. welfare should cover it. I've never went to a male physio before. But I'm still not cured as it was painful while I sat today

He also told me it's normal to feel spongey down there because the corpus spongiosom is named after a sponge. He went on to tell me that pretty soon generic versions of Viagra and Cialis may come out soon. I told him about hard flaccid syndrome and that it was an internet coined thing and he agreed that shit happenes. So over all I'm in the right direction. Ty for reading this and have a good day.

I have an article coming out shortly on HF . There are a handfull of uro worldwide who have any undertanding of hf .
They are working to get it recognised as an actual seperate issue . Most uro do not recognise it's existance .

On the cuting edge of male pelvic physio there are people working directly on this issue .

This is not hf related, but to all my cohearts with penile injury Ed, to touch on the mental side I have 3 tips: 1) don't excuse yourself about public outings because of your dick, because the pain will subside after it hurts 2) you will likely feel comfortable when you get there but please bring your own car in case of a worry having to leave 3) surround yourself with people and rest and not masturbate. It albeit, I hope that helps reducing the pain.

Your test is low and raising it would help a lot of your issues

They've slated me in already for a male physio pelvic floor specialist. Just out of curiosity does having a tight pelvis mean your testosterone is low and vice versa?

Let me reiterate my question: does having a tight pelvic muscle create low t? Or does low t have nothing to do with the tightness of the pelvic muscles?

One does not cause the other however to say they are totally unrelated is a stretch in my view.
