I’m fine now. Before when I was constantly researching injuries and stories of people ruining their life like this I would agree but now i don’t care much anymore. My goal is to get this better in anyway I can. I probably won’t get back to how I was but I’m fine with that. Thanks for your help, seriously. But at this point I need advice besides head stuff. I’m using my infrared light again. I don’t know exactly how often I should be using it but I’m just gonna start with 10 min a day for now I don’t know what to do with my pelvic floor and the stuff on hand protocol is confusing for me lol

Alright anyways here’s what I’m going to be doing to improve my injury; red light therapy, wim hof breathing and cold showers ( saw a post of someone curing 11 yr jelq injury doing this ) reverse kegels and yoga. Also I’m going to take vitamin c, garlic, vitamin d, l citrulline. I’ll probably going to start jogging too. If anything I hope this can make it better. Just wish I never jelqed in the first place but oh well

Have you tried doing nothing at all? Stretches are great to do hindi or basic stretches just because i think it helps keep in good shape BUT the more stuff you do to "cure" this the more its on your mind, it's like quicksand the more you do the deeper you will sink.
Trust me i know from experience, I used to do tons of exercises for the pelvic floor and my mind was always about working harder to fix this and my HF was worse than ever.
I'm literally not paying attention to this and i've noticed immediate improvement like my pf wants to release.
It's actually REALLY hard not to let this preoccupy your mind thats what i don't think people get with the mental part. You don't actually need to be stressed out for the mental side to cause issues.

I tried not doing anything for awhile I literally don’t think about it much anymore. I feel like doing something about it is necessary at this point. I just don't feel like waiting around is going to do anything at this point
