Update! - my hard flaccid is starting to go away. It not nearly as bad as it was before. It’s not completely gone but it’s way better now. I still have problems with everything else but my hard flaccid is actually improving. I don’t know if it’s possible but I really hope I can recover back to normal

SixSage - I have very similar symptoms as you. And I also believe it was caused by a short dabble in PE. It never really even made sense to me that such beginner PE could cause this - I thought it was hormonal and that my libido just suddenly died. But I realized the connection about 2 years ago and was in a dark place mentally about it for a while. Much better mentally now.
However, I’ve had symptoms for about 7 years now. Started at 18, I’m 25 now. Don’t freak out though, it really only makes it all so much worse. This has been much worse for me in the times when all I do is think about it. I recommend you focus on trying to do what you can to see if you can improve it. I’ve had random times where my erections have been really good, but they are far and few between. I too really hope it is my PF, but I have tried PF stretches for months on end and even a therawand for internal trigger points and it has not improved my symptoms. I worry that it could be the dreaded venous leak as well, but I’m not convinced.
Tbh, I’m kind of at my wits end on how to improve, but I think keeping hope and trying to find a solution is very important. To me it’s almost unbelievable that something like jelqing can destroy your penis’s ability to function. Before the injury I was always a “kegel masturbator” and I wonder if that is linked. I’ve seen other people with these symptoms indicate they over kegeled a lot when masturbating as well. For me I basically have all the symptoms of hard flaccid without the actual hard flaccid. My flaccid is just kinda numb and sensation less like you describe.
I can go more into details if you want, but I think we should try to get more specific details on how to “rebalance” the pelvic floor. For me I also wonder if the pundendal nerve is somehow compressed and effecting penile sensation/erecting quality.
If anyone hear can give more specific advice on PF rebalancing, like how often to stretch and when you should feel progress that would be appreciated. For me I typically stretch for a couple weeks straight and don’t see much improvement and then stop and then get into it again. How long does it take before positive signs should show for PF work (morning wood, spontaneous erections, etc). Any advice is much appreciated!

If anyone *here - sorry writing on my phone.
Also SixSage - google for a PE forum post about “larger overextend flaccid” - that post seems to line up with a lot of my symptoms and perhaps yours as well. The posters theory is that hard flaccid occurs with showers and large flaccid occurs with growers. I was more of a grower and I feel as though my symptoms align more with the overextended flaccid post. My flaccid is not small and hard, but can be large at times now, just still numb and lacks sensation, much harder to get and keep an erection (low erection angle now), no morning or spontaneous wood, etc.

I got this from kegeling while masturbating, try external massage it's brought me some relief, also refraining from kegeling and not masturbating will help too, the muscle i believe is constantly overfatigued, tense and can't recover because its being used all the time.
Of course i don't know if this is fully recoverable, i've had days where i feel like i'm recovering and then poof back to square one. I don't know if the muscle itself is damaged, but I can have really strong erections with stimulation so that suggests that maybe its not damaged...not sure I would assume a damaged muscle would be weaker but who knows.

I don’t think I have overextended flaccid. Unless my hard flaccid turned into an extended flaccid or something. My flaccid would be extremely turtled small and shriveled up and I could feel hardness inside. Whenever I would try and touch it or stretch it, it would just shrivel up more. I was also more of a grower imo. But at this point im just trying to be hopeful but it’s hard knowing everyone else broke theirs with this pe stuff, what makes me any different? Its been over 5 months now. I might just be another one of these guys with a permanent jelq injury. At this point I’m just going to try everything I can maybe I’ll find a solution maybe I won’t but I’m not going to give up.

so some guys that jelq develop permanent injuries which results in permanent hard flaccid? Ouch man, it's going to suck to live with this for the rest of my life, i've already had it for 4 years and its been a miserable 4 years. You try to pretend it doesn't bother you but it definitely does.

For me I don’t care about hard flaccid tbh, it’s the ed, the lost sensation, and the the disconnect feeling I have. I’m just hoping that curing the hard flaccid will fix all other issues. I’m going to start stretching and using infrared light therapy daily. And I’ll give updates I guess. But I know what you mean. I just hope I don’t have this problem forever too. Just gotta have hope man, have you seen a pt yet??
i think that's the million...
