  • Hard flaccid question

I’ve had hard flaccid for a very long time now (maybe over ten years) shriveled , cold , turtled.. the list goes on. It started from what I think clenching during masturbation (because it felt better and you would get to the PONR quicker) I noticed first I had erection/urination problems, and used pe (jelqing /using an extender) to try to help my ED problems.
Now I’ve tried to do reverse kegels, and Hindi squats. Is this the right approach? The muscle that’s above the penis (the ic?!) is that muscle seized up which is causing the hard flaccid? Or does this muscle need to be strengthened because it’s too weak? I’m also constantly clenching when I’m not realizing it.. my pc and bc are always seized up. My symptoms kind of go away when I’m laying down, but erections fade quickly, and hard flaccid is at its worse when I’m standing up. Any help would be great

Anyone? I could use some help.. not doing too well mentally. I’ve seen urologists up the ass and nothing was found that was wrong. Including cystoscopies, scans, bacterial tests, std tests, etc. Even seen therapists and was put on depression medication.. nothing positive

How can I help man? I don't know what to say, other than anyone not treating this deserves their testicles stomped on. I'm 15 years in the game already, still clutching my rosary at night. Keep your head up champ. My proctor said to me it's pointless to compare yourself with someone else, but that's easy for him to say because he has no pain on his testicle. I know he's trying to mean well, but when your Johnson is messed up it's kinda hard to put yourself on the same value as others, meaning you probably wouldn't want to run into your best friend from high school right? We undervalue ourselves yet it is optimal to compare yourself to you before, because we can guage our progress hopefully giving good vibes. This is unless everything is a downer. If you're world is upside down, then im chilling with you upside down.

I had my first morning wood today in a few weeks. It was floppy, limp, and soft. I must take Cialis to see if I still can have sex in my life, but hey that's my problem. Just trying to shed a lending ear bro.

Bleezer, may I ask age, weight and physical condition? I hate to hear that you are not doing well mentally my guy. That is never a good position to be in. Would love to get a conversation going, man to man and see what's up - never lose hope!! The answer could be right around the corner.

I’ve seen three different physios that deal with the male pelvic floor. I’ve never once had relief from any of them. It’s uncomfortable... and combined I’ve probably had 20 visits combined between the three therapists. All uncomfortable and painful, with them sticking a finger in ur ass to “relieve “ pressure points. Also bought a therwawand myself , felt no “relief” from any of these. Mentally I’m doing better. Because I’ve had some good days, so I know it’s nothing permanent. But man can this fuck you up. Your brain starts thinking that you’ve got permanent damage, some venous leak, or torn fascia bullshit. It’s not healthy. I just wanna know if anyone overcame severe turtling/hard flaccid by other means . And if there’s any hope for me, I’m on my last strings here

Or if anyone knows what muscles are responsible that cause the turtling? Ic bc pc? Are they strong or weak? Would kegeling/reverse kegeling help or hurt

Anyone? What would help this? What muscles are seized/weak/tight? Would reverse kegels or regular kegels help this? Like I said I’m clenching almost 24/7... the muscles around my anus are feeling like they’re constantly lifted up , almost like I’m doing a kegel at all times

Wow man that could possibly be a medical problem. Especially if it's happening all the time. Do you think you could go to the hospital and tell them your asshole is staying clenched? If unless it relaxes as soon as you get there. If they seem something is wrong there is possibility of getting sooner treatment. Do you think your asshole clenching is an emergency? Do you need the finger test? You may as well wait all night there, er will put you on non significant injuries list. But the proof is in the pudding your ass is always clenching right?

When did I ever say this was a medical emergency? I’m asking for help/tips... not instructions to go to an ER.

The biggest impediment to progress is the catastrophizing that goes along with this issue .

Right but the thing is.. there are so many different ways to approach this. And I feel like I’ve tried them all and am still stuck. I’ve seen progress here and there, but a lot of the time it goes back to being tight.
