Hi.
First of all, please excuse me if I do some writing mistakes, english is not my native language.
Well.
I wanted to share my story and warn you about jelqing and stretching.
I'm a 26 y.o man. Last year, during only 3 months, I used to jelq and stretch. I followed safety advices, such as warm up before doing exercices. I didn't do it for more than 30 minutes and didn't apply a very high pressure on my penis.
I started to notice very small benefices (maybe +0.2cm length) but first pains occur. At first, I thought I was doing too much and I decided to take a rest. Days after days, no change. Worst, pain became stronger.
It was 6 months ago. I never Jelq or stretch anymore and I always suffer from it. My veins are way bigger than before, especially when flaccid, and they got a ribbed apparence. The pain occur only when I apply a pressure on my penis, even a light pressure. That means : every sexual act is now painful. I suffer from it even when I masturbate... I tried to take aspirin for a few days since it's a drug used for blood pressure and pain but it had absolutely no effect.
I worry a lot. I'm only 26 and it looks like my sexual life is ruined. I hope it will disappear by itself but I don't think so. I'm in the same state than six months ago! I didn't have sexual life anymore and I try to stop fap, I didn't masturbate for two weeks right now.
Is there someone here who had the same experience with jelqing?
Can you give me some advices?
Thanks for reading and please be careful with these exercises !

Yeah you worry a lot , anxiety is not good for the penis .
What is the medical advice? What did the numerous tests you no doubt have had done over the months reveal?

I didn't see any doctor yet. I know it's stupid, but I thought it would cure without medical need

You claim it's a medical problem not a head issue .
It;s been 6 months and you have not seem a doc ,about it let alone had tests been to specialists yada yada .
Might I put it to you that you have anxiety , go to a doc go to a therapist , get yourself together . By all means if the doc says you have vein damage from jelq come back and post that and tell us about the tests that showed it etc.

I myself also wished i never jelqed, i always applied minimal pressure and didn't even do a full routine and still have issues to this day and it has been almost 2years since i did any form of jeqling. What's worst is that my penis was average size to begin with and there was never any evidence on this site(pictures) showing actual proof of gains nor scientific experiments showing the benefits of jelqing either.
Stay strong OP, go to a doctor & tell them what happened and hopefully the fix isn't too invasive, i too hate doctors as well hence why i haven't been to one about my issue.

You never mentioned jelging back when you first started out-
1st mention of a problem, 4/11/2018, no mention of jelqing, just excessive masturbation

4/14/2018 - jelqing not mentioned

just a whole lot of masturbation.
I am not reading your posts, where you have any right to blame things on jelqing.
You have other things going on.Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym

Yeah look just in general if you have a long term issue you want to put on pe get some medical advice first . You can then tell us what test were done what the results were what the numbers on the hormone tests and so on . Importantly you can tell us what the doc said
The most common cause of dick problems are anxiety related .

First off, OP and Rudebwoy, I know you claimed (Rudebwoy), that you didn't grip it firm, but you likely did. When lubed, your fingers should be able to apply slight pressure and glide over your penis.
OP you may have done something serious and taking Asprin can actually make the issue significantly worse due to its ability to thin your blood. I strongly recommend you get in to see a doctor right away and for gods sake stop touching your dick. If you just had surgery on your arm would you run out the next day and play baseball?
