sensitive top glans, pelvic floor dysfunction

Before – never had any problems, maybe always had hard flaccid, never a big problem though
2012- to improve, started to do some sort of penis weights with the weight hanging near the gland, and also the base of the penis. Due to this I was a rock. Started jelqing aswell as penis pulling. After 2-3 months intensive training, during jelqing I felt something going off.
From there problems. Erection problems (none for 2 years) and tight anus muscles (it’s like a closed tensed circle).
2014 – after lot of negative visits blood, urology, testosterone etc. I have a pelvic floor visit : he teaches me to belly breathing and “apnea” (after you exhale, you do a fake inhale; so when you have no oxygen inside your body, you try to inhale with your nose and mouth closed; your ribs expand, and you suck your belly which comes in, up, and under your ribs).(similar to - hypopressive breathing or lowpressure fitness).
This immediately gave me relief, he told me it is a way of doing kegels by sucking your belly in and your pelvic floor would move along. First visit, cured, erection and feelings back to normal, but I still had that tight inner anus muscle. I kept doing it and after a month probably after doing too much or wrong, I had a new intense burning of the glans and things went down again. From there my glans, the upper part, is very sensitive, and if I rub my flaccid upper glans I feel very sensitive and I have an IK when doing so.
I also feel that my urethra is compressed, like a hard tube, when i rub my glans.
Before I was lasting normally, not too much but not too little, but now due to the friction it is a different type of excitement and of course last less than a minute. Erection is not natural. Tried stretching, not that much results from it.
One thing I think is important is that I feel tensed in my abs and I think is connected to the pelvic floor. Every time I do some abs or gym exercise my EQ decreases, and I also get HF during this.
With RK , my EQ decreases.
Red now about light front kegels of IC muscle might help, which I always avoided due to the too much weights I did.
