A pelvic floor physio is the obvious medical advice for an issue like this so I agree with Jay . In any case after years you have already done the uro etc with variious tests and been told all is ok I presume ? If this is the case then there is no damage to your penis.
During lockdown you might start with Yoga style stretches till you can see one.

A pelvic floor physio is not a uro, and a uro is not a pelvic floor physio. Just saying.
