My measurements during hard flaccid are irrelevant, because it changed overnight once I developed the HF. It’s just blood flow restriction I guess.

My length is around 7.75, maybe 8 inches well I’m fully stretched out

I had tension build up for a few years then developed the HF when I used a pump for literally only 2 days.

A lot of fascia stretching and ab routines.

There's no reason to believe you wouldn't be able to restore and even exceed your pre-HF size unless you had some sort of serious injury to your penis.
