  • Tight pelvic floor, peyronie's, or something else? Please HELP

TL;DR - TOO LONG, DIDN'T READ down below!

    Hello everyone,

Like many of you, I have dabbled in PE despite being overally well hung. 4 months back I perhaps overdid jelqing, felt pain for 2 days, found out about Peyronie's disease from PE and never did it again. (Not sure if this could have anything to do with anything but whatever.)

About 2 months back I started noticing curving and ever so slight pain in my flaccid penis, curving was hardly noticeable so I brushed it off as being paranoid.

Turned out I was not being paranoid as about a month ago, I started experiencing greater and more frequent discomfort in my flaccid penis and bigger flaccid curvature (1 inch under glans to the left).

Fast forward one month to today. For 2 weeks I wake up with morning wood early in the morning, sometime slight pain in erect state. As the erection subsides, it seems like the left corpora cavernosa (basically left side of my dick), flushes blood out faster then the right side, causing weird curvature (today the state peaked at about 45°, I had none of this before and it is getting progressively worse). It looks really damn scary. I have some pictures if need be. During the day the flaccid/semi-erect curvature is more mild, about 20° and pain is about the same as one month before.

There was one day, in which numerous things happened, after which my symptoms blew up in 1-2 days.

    1) I did 7 sets of 10-12 reps 90 kilograms deadlift. (pretty pushing for me)
    2) I masturbated, overstimulated myself mentally from porn, wanted to hold it in no matter what (as practice) -stupid. So I squeezed really hard but ejaculated anyway and it felt weird, uncomfortable, almost painful for a moment.
    3) The girl I really really want to get brushed me off so I thought it was over with her, leaving me very sad and depressed for 2 days. (In the end the romance continues after I took a step back.)

My erections are still fine and of good quality. Only touching the girl i'm trying to get gets me 80% hard, kissing makes me 100%.

My flaccid state fluctuates between this hard, "jumped into cold water - winter style" (curve is prominent) state and normal, spongy squishy, hanging state (curve is less visible here). To get to the spongy state I: use rice sock to heat my dick up for about 30 mins, stretch out my muscles surrounding pelvic area, do traction - gently stretch my flaccid penis. (any of these 3 or combination of them relieves my symptoms. Only temporarily though as the condition is progressively getting worse (bigger WTF moments in the morning as mentioned before).

I visited 3 urologists and had 2 doppler ultrasounds done and all of them said that pathologically, there seems to be nothing wrong.

About me: 24 yo, lean, 180 pounds (circa 80 kgs), 6' (184 cm) - (basically not fat). I do a lot of pull ups (can do about 12 max.) and do regular cardio. I am in shape. Despite being a charismatic individual I am quite depressed and anxious, although being like this for a long time, I have learned to function as if it was not the case and not even many of my closest friends know. This started about 3 years ago when I realized I am not going anywhere in life due to studying a major I do not want to work in, but not dropping out because I am (was) nearly finished. I also have poor posture (rounded shoulders, light scoliosis, nerd neck). I suffer from constant tightness between my scapulae, which i stretch out and massage with tennis ball to relieve my symptoms. I also am very flexible, can almost do a split, fit a leg behind my head, touch the floor standing with legs together and knees straight. Etc.

Mentally, I fluctuate between extremely unconfident states, when I am anxious, nervous and feel as a failure and confident states, when I do not feel I have any problems with myself at all. Recently, it has been 90% unconfident as opposed to about only 70% unconfident before. (I dropped exercising due to tight pelvic floor suspicion. + I am constantly worried I have peyronie's plaque to be formed with time at the area of bending.)

During sex after a long time. I came in 5 seconds, then after 30 minutes after 10 seconds, then after 5 mins I lasted about 10 minutes before my bulbospongius muscle (basically pelvic floor), clenched uncontrollably again and ejaculation was inevitable once more. I struggle with this quite a lot, getting uncontrollable spasms during masturbation (mainly really arousing porn tho), or during sex with the girl who is really hot and almost ejaculating, or ejaculating.

In my country there seem to be no physiotherapists for male pelvic floor I could visit.

    TL;DR:
    SYMPTOMS:
-flaccid bending, after morning erection - profusely up to 45°, really scary looking, otherwise chronically, about 20°. - Progressive worsening of this state.
-flaccid pain. (mainly at the side of bending, but it also appears randomly around the penis, glans, shaft, etc.)
-constipation. (I have to go in the morning, when I am full, otherwise i cant squeeze out nothing.)
-premature ejaculation problems after 3 yrs single. (no problems before)

    Dear reader,

Does this sound like a tight pelvic floor issue (never heard of flaccid bending + pain, but alright erections)?
Or does this sound like there is a erect curvature to be formed in the future? (Peyronie's disease)
Have you ever heard of/experienced a trapped nerve (pudendal nerve - causing pain), along with corresponding artery entrapment (causing flaccid bending) due to tight pelvic floor, resulting in poor blood flow into one side of the penis?

Disclaimer: Sorry about the extensive background on me, I decided to describe my case extensively, as I absolutely plan to solve my issue and I want to get my whole story out here for anyone reading this in the future with as much details as possible. So I plan to document any further progress for the sake general education.

THANKS TO ANYONE RESPONDING AND DISCUSSING, ALSO HUGE THANKS TO THE GUYS ALREADY SOLVING PELVIC FLOOR ISSUES AROUND HERE (HANS, ETC.)

So go to a physio who does male pelvic floor work for a diagnosis of the physical side .

You also need to deal with the mental side.

Thanks, the problem is, for whatever reason, be it taboo or anything else, that there seem to be no physio workers offering such services in my country. All you can get does not involve taking off your underwear.

Understanding that the mental side could be the culprit is absolutely huge and it itself is relaxing.

Just worried this is not due to pelvic tightness as I have not heard anyone reporting flaccid curvature + flaccid pain without ED, etc.

Honestly, if I knew for certain that tight pelvic floor is the only issue here. It would be an extreme relief for me.

your pelvic floor sounds like its jacked up, urologists on the other hand should be able to diagnose peyronie's.

Trust me tight pelvic floor is not something you should be happy about, it can literally last for years with no improvement whatsoever. It's incredible difficult to resolve and there's no one size fits all treatment.

Holy cow Man, this sounds exactly like my issue. I have flacid pain throughout the day at the left side of the penis, seems thats where the bend is coming from for me too.

I am in the exact same boat as well in the sense that i'm hoping it's just a pelvic floor tighten thing which i've been told from my previous posts can be common to experience what we are experiencing in with the penis being kind of tightly pulled in more to the left which shows this curvature.

I'm currently booked in for an ultrasound next week. Did you have your ultrasound flacid or erect?

A LOT better than having peyronies though

Hey guys, I live in central Europe, Slovakia.

heythereyou123456, have you had any injury happen? To answer your question, I had 3 ultrasounds, all done flaccid. The second one was via a strong machine, as they said, and revealed a varicocele on the left side of my scrotum. Third urologist said he does not see any varicocele there. None of them have reported seeing any patholological evidence implying onset of Peyronie's, but they all seemed like damn amateurs in this topic I don't know. Touching my "dent" at the place of bending, it definately seems different. Kind of like softer to the other parts. Almost as if, in that one area, my penis was more flaccid if you know what I mean.

So your bend is also towards the end? Maybe you have the same form of tightness like me and similar blood flow impairment, which basically allows only like 60-80% blood flow whereas the other corpora cavernosa has full unrestricted blood flow. Resulting in bending. pain would be from the pudendal nerve entrapment, this nerve runs alongside the respective artery in what is called the "Alcock's canal". All this is just a theory. I definitely know jack shit about the human body, so a big grain of salt is advised to be taken with it. If anyone had any luck in finding evidence that supports this theory, please do post here.

like you say, it IS a LOT better than peyronie's.

Looking back at my masturbation manners it is no wonder that my PF would be tight. I always clenched during masturbation for the added pleasure. And when I first started having sex regularly as a teenager, I somehow became able to hold my ejaculation by kegeling, had a mini orgasm without ejaculation and was able to continue for a much longer time. This has subsided after I left my ex, not having regular sex for 3 years.

This. Coupled up with poor posture, overdoing strength training and all this stress, anxiety and depression is I suppose bound to make my pelvic area disbalanced and tight af.

However as I have good erections, I do not anymore feel that stressed about this, as the more relaxed I am, the better the symptoms get.

I read on here that one guy with HF did some ketamine, which is a muscle relaxant and found all of his symptoms disappearing for the duration of the high, getting a "110% erection for hours".

Similarly to my case, when I let myself relax, drink a bit of alcohol, get lost in the moment, laugh, manage to chill out. My symptoms tend to subside heavily. Whereas when I am anxious before/after a date or before an exam I tend to get hard flaccid, bending and also pain in the flaccid penis.

The same applies to sex - when I relax and focus on enjoying the moment with a girl I have feelings for I can last much better then when I focus on having to perform otherwise she's going to ditch me as the "two pump chump" I am. Although I still can't go the frequency I'd like to - basically I am far from having sex as long as I want.

Leaving me to conclude that I (hopefully), in 90% do not have peyronie's and it is, in fact, "just" a tight/unbalanced pelvic floor.

My plan of attack currently is:

                1) acceptance - relaxation of my mental state and anxious states (easier said than done however I recognize that one tends to exacerbate the other, so it is a nobrainer.)
                2) reverse kegeling - have heard around here that RK light hold during walking was exceptionally successful for a couple guys.
                3) stretching - not just pelvic/lower body, but I found that stretching my lats and basically hanging freely from a pull up bar is somehow offering relief to my symptoms as well.
                4) meditation and mindfulness - be it to reduce anxiety or bringing awareness to my front pelvic area.
                5) also I started doing this rehabilitation program that is aimed at strengthening and balancing the central stabilization system (core musculature, including and mainly the pelvic area). It is widely used as the first plan of attack for women infertility in my area for many years. (Founder of this method was a Czechoslovakian woman.) Although it has been succesfull at treating pelvic disbalance in men as well. Women infertility is just what it is more known for. I am not sure how many information there is to be found about it in English. However it would be the "Ludmila Mojžíšová method" - Mojzis-methods.com . Here is some information for anyone interested. However to find the actual exercises, you will have to do some digging.

From what I understood from this forum it seems that the most success has been found among the guys who just stopped caring about these issues and managed to relax mentally, thus physically.

I am not a fan of those esotheric people who like to say things such as "everything is in your head.", "your mind can cure you of anything if set right.", etc. but it definitely seems to work this way in this case. (Although HF causes can differ of course.)

It just seems that, for me, forgetting about the issue and not worrying is having the greatest effect.

I am currently also water fasting. I know it is controversial but I just want to try out if any muscle relaxation occurs or not. I want to do 72 hours, currently, I am 40 hours in. I am feeling more relaxed and sharper although tired (kind of like when you drink coffee on 5 hours sleep.) and a little light headed. Also hungry .

Overall I am very grateful for this forum and positive that with the realization that it is 90% mental and anxiety induced, I can get rid of this.

Once again sorry for the long read, cheers.

So there are lots of physio in Slovakia look for one that has a special interest in the male pelvic floor .

Failing that do the Hans protocol as found onsite .

                  Read thttps://www.pegym.com/forums/penile-anomalies-injuries-pelvic-floor-issues/135390-hard-flacid-treatment.html?highlight=his for background.

Thanks for the advice, I found a massage therapist who offers inside massage of pelvic floor for €50 per 90 minutes so I will try and book a session.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Do you think 1 session could be enough? Or it will hardly have any effect at all.

She also should be able to offer insight into my condition as she says she is an expert on the pelvic floor.

                    Cant wait.
