There was no pain at all. It just felt like I was cracking a knuckle. This has never happened before? Am I okay?

I popped my dick when pulling

It may have been a ligament pop which is somewhat common. Nothing serious if that is what it is. If you develop a dull achy pain then it may be something pulled and you will need to take a week off to rest and recover and then slowly go back into your routine. If you are pulling to the extent of popping you may want to decrease the tension a little. Try not to make it pop because over time it could cause issues.Progress Log | Extender Progress Log

Thanks so much, burrito! You’re a legend. Yes there’s an ever so dull pain happening. I kind of pulled a little too hard at a weird angle. I was also trying to do some stop and start pulls. I forgot what Big Al calls them but it’s where you do these 2 second pulls then stop. I think I went too hard on it though. Do you think those are effective manual exercises?
