    First thing start your own thread do not threadjack .
    Any number of threads on the questions you ask . We can take you though it starting with basic kegels . Might I suggest given your lack of knowledge you start with the basics .

    To me it feels like tightening your abs:

    - Imagine you had abs around your fat pad.

    - Tighten that area up like you are flexing the abs.

    - While doing that you might notice that area and your abdomen sucking in.

    - At the same time try and Lift your tool as you would a slow motion kegel.

    - Then while keeping that lower fat pad area tight do a slow reverse kegel. Like peeing out.

    The combination above ie the slow kegel followed by the reverse kegel is what I think exercises the IC muscle.

    If you get this right it does induce a very controlled erection level. So this format of locating the IC, is best done with an erection.

    Can and should do in all positions. sitting, standing lying down. Up is in relation to my head. Down then always means towards the legs.

    using RK has that effect. Very similar. IC is still different and more direct using the muscles consciously contracting them. More intense.
    It`s like "lifting a weight up" vs "contracting your biceps to move weight up". That`s the difficult step to have the connection. easy with biceps but hard with the IC. It's like using ear muscles lol.

    Yes, that`s possible. I can do a full RK and an IC ontop. A very strong RK does hinder the IC from full function. It`s a bit like pressing the bicep of someone curling down. But you can play with intensities. Waves.

    You totally got it, congrats.
    A- Yes that`s where you focus the movement towards especially to get a direct effect on the penis. But you can also focus it deeper inside. The muscles is basically all the way the CC goes inside. The CC splits along with the IC "legs".
    I can shift the muscles from ontop the CC towars the sides. It's like feeling arm muscles go over very soft cartilage and noticing the shift by very subtle arm movements while flexing.

    I use my BC muscle and IC muscles along with RK`s to fill a semi to erection. Not in all situations possible but with some arousal a nice ballooning effect.
    I assist it with breathing. (don`t overdo bad breathing.)
    I hold as slight RK and switch to an IC hold and squezze my semi erect penis inside the body. This might already fill the penis especially the glans.
    I then do a fast BC Kegel(NO HOLD) to push blood into my CS which rushes into the Glans. That BC Kegel if done hard overpowers the IC hold and the RK should be released too. BC is a stronger muscle, like Biceps vs triceps. I do that at the top of an inhale and then switch to an exhale AND immediately to a very hard IC hold(then you can add the RK along with it)

    The IC hold after the BC kegel holds in the blood the BC pushed into the penis. A strong IC and RK holds possibly everything in the BC pushed in.
    Then you do again the BC to get more blood in and repeat.
    If done along with the breathing you will have very short inbreaths. Without the breathing its very hard.
    I do that until I can`t get more blood in, then I hold the IC and RK for as long as I can.
    Using the hand to clamp base off slightly to keep blood in helps too. It's like assisting someone deadlifting. The stronger the IC the more blood you can hold.

    You need to see it as muscles. I engage the Ischiocavernosus muscles to get an IC contraction. I also engage the BC muscles which is different.

    It gets you there but a full IC kegel, you only use these 2 muscles no other PF kegel muscle at all, it prevents the full contraction for me.

    I also do it while walking which is like fucking with just your inner penis. Which is no suprise cause the IC muscles in a vagina are stronger and can clamp the penis and most of the vagina canal. (when she can squezze but also pushes out)

    Hey dicker can you tell me what do you think about tugging a slightly stretched penis in order to activate the IC.I felt better activation of the IC by lightly pulling my flaccid penis upwards and trying to tug it.I saw a doctor prescribe it too-Geng Long Hsu.In my opinion i felt more activation than the flaccid without very light stretching.

    Yeah the IC might react to different stretches. Stretching it too hard might result in an injury or tightness in the IC.

    It's almost impossible to me to have a stretch access to the IC with a flaccid. Sideways up it stretches the opposite IC "leg" a bit.
    When you can access your inner body anchoring of the penis with a stretch you might pull on the IC too.

    Easiest IC workout is semi hard to hard and then just flexing it. Sitting pushing down forward on the erect shaft I can get a gut pull with the IC vs. the push.
    With missionary intercourse fun to lean back on your own heels and then angle her so you can dick push her up with the IC inside her lol same exercise. The flex can be felt inside her but obviously improbable that the IC muscle could lift her whole body lol that would be some dick power as would be pushing yourself up with the help of your dick alone. Impossible? probably ^^

    Hey all,

    I tried locating the IC muscle, I feel I can sense it kind of tightening from the sides and around like explained - when I am doing a light kegel, I feel the muscle hardening a little with my hand also, however, trying to get a tighter contraction only results in BC contracting together with the IC? Cant imagine how it is one or the other.

    Do you think I may have found it?

    It also seems that no matter how much i try, I always back kegel in addition to trying to isolate the IC. Yesterday I tried to find it during erection and flaccid for like 15 minutes and my PF feels tight like I was on a masturbation/sex marathon. (Have only been masturbating every 7 days for some time and didnt feel this tightness for a long time.) And I really did not do that much kegeling, just light ones and a couple hard ones to try and see the difference.

    I have NO ERECTION PROBLEMS at all, but suffer from PreE quite badly.

    Can this imply something about what causes my PF overactivity? Getting so tight it is uncomfortable from just a couple kegels? Could this mean weakness and I should kegel more? I RK all the time but getting this after all this time makes me think it had no effect from immediate tension release.

    Should I wait a day and try to isolate the IC again? Scared of more PF tigthness.

    you need to train control and relax all of the muscles then you can adjust movements, speed etc. and kegels etc. can help it along the way.
    Kegel like its on a dial with not hard stops but slow contractions and then slow releases.

    IC I wouldn't know how to get my hands right at the muscle. It`s inside check the anatomy diagrams different ones.
    Sounds you are getting there. Kegel and IC are different. You can`t do a full kegel while doing a full IC and vice vers, if both are ok. Like triceps vs. biceps.
