obv. people who have tight PF`s also have high % of tight breath. So it might not be easy to do the full belly breath and then IC along with it from the start..
I wouldn`t be able to engage my IC without having worked prior on relaxing my PF and breath and being relaxed.

belly breath full breath lots to find searching yoga type and other breath exercises. simple "baby breath"
To get the biggest intensity of a full RK,.. breathing in expanding lungs and associated body parts adds some more ability to expand the RK to the max. but ideally the RK and other pf muscles can hold during all breathing. They will always be impacted by breathing though I guess...

If I understand correctly the BC and IC are essentially antagonist muscles (one opposes the other in movement) and the IC contraction and RK can take place together (sort of like synergist muscles, except here one is contracting, and one is relaxing)
This tells me I am unable to activate my IC for now. I can make my penis "jump", but I think it's really just my BC (I can feel it contracting when I put my hand there, plus I am unable to do it while also doing a RK...which shouldn't happen in theory). I guess I need to find a way to learn to "find" and contract my IC... maybe through visualization or perhaps if I felt it contract on its own somehow I'd figure out how to contract it myself. I appreciate your help thus far, DickerSchwanz!

The other way to do ic kegel is to isolate it from front kegel .

I thought everyone had detailed pictures available! No wonder no one gets it!!!!!! Would've answered most of the q's the last pages..
Without knowing which muscles are involved and where they are(!) it's complicated. sry no nerve for this ineffective stuff wasting tiem-.

EVERYONE TRYING TO UNDERSTAND IC check this pic out.
The arrows show the direction of the IC clenching/contracting.
btw. the "back" part of the IC where it spreads more can be activated and then you can do a BC muscle "kegel". That BC muscle kegel overrides the IC front part.
The exercise is:
Done at all erection levels but best noticed/effect with semi or erection.
Clench the IC muscles, the whole thing as seen in the pictures.
Hold it, increase pressure really hard(RK same time can help too).
Then do a fast BC muscle clench, to push blood up the CS into the glans, WHILE focusing on the IC hold at the back part where it spreads into the diagonal part(as seen on picture). Try to keep the hold there going while the BC fast clenches
The fast BC clench should override the IC hold in the front part but it has less antagonist influence on the back part.
Once the BC clench is done immediately switch to the full IC hold back. That stops the the blood rushed in via the BC to remain.
If you keep doing that you will be able to increase the blood inside the penis without a tool or hands ..just with your muscles.
I basically balloon my penis. Very fun with a semi erection. But a seemingly 100% erection can also be inflated with this technique.Last edited by DickerSchwanz; 12-29-2020 at 03:59 PM.

Takes time. Easiest to notice erect.
Without erection the muscle has no leverage to grab around the inner Penis (the penis is SPLIT inside - hence basically closing the two legs of a triangle together is the motion here)
Before frustration sets in it's best to pause cause there's sort of a "cool off" period, hard to describe..
Until the connection is very good, maybe weeks, it fatigues. I think its not the muscle itself but the "mind body connection".
Just wait some minutes or hours or next day until trying again.
