Dr Romero, kudos on the timing of that paper! THIS is the reason why we ask each other what came first? Pf floor problems or penile trauma? I was sensing there was a divide in the room. Every body has they're own opinion. But that is great, you broke it down into 2! Hf and lf. The reason I wasn't getting along with my hf sufferers views is because I was on the trauma lane.
And yes I firmly believe and attest that my pudendal nerve was snapped aka damaged. I know what it feels like to snap a nerve. You get a hotheaded sensation throughout your body. I also know what it's like for nerves to connect it's like a warm flushing feeling thru the body.
So I guess I suffer from lf. Torn tunica and severed or hurt pudendal nerve. Is there any hope for me? I abstain for months at a time, do k and RK and I get involuntary ab spasms. I don't want to divulge all my health patterns but how does one get an electromaygrophy test? You've been more helpful than a uro for me with all due respect. I only have a year to wait so what do you say?

Plus I get pain psychosomatically down there and overridden with involuntary kegals and ab crunches when my lady friend calls. She's just a friend.

Okay, I've had this issue for about a week now I think, maybe slightly longer. What's the prognosis like? Started taking ginkgo, lion's mane, fish oil, sleep has been poor because of the psychological effects. Just ordered Acetyl-l-carnitine and alpha lipoic acid, going to buy a b-complex tomorrow.
Mistakenly masturbated quite roughly two times in a row like four days ago with pretty much normal eq, but erectile funcions have been gone since.
There are these waves of tingles that roll just behind my testicles quite often, in the perineum, and I get these sudden tingles in my penis at times too.
I wouldn't even consider my penis as being longer or thicker these past days, it just hangs down really limp. It was longer and thicker a few days ago though.

Okay. I think you are precipitating ideas and conclusions a lot. I don't think you have LF.
Considering two things:
1 - What you told me the other day: “Some symptoms: erections are pointing up not down now. My angle can be kegaled up into a higher position. ”
2 - In addition, you have Involuntary Kegels
So, this does NOT match what I wrote in the first post. I think you are unlikely to have nerve damage. Do you have any more symptoms that might make you think that?... If not, I don't think you have nerve dysfunction
Regarding Electromyography, you can ask a General Practitioner or a Neurologist. But only for your worries to lessen! I don't think you have nerve dysfunction.
Just relax. AND REST.

The first post on this thread is more dedicated to chronic cases of Long Flaccid. A week is too early to draw any kind of conclusions.
If you just masturbated a little more roughly, your penis and muscles may just be more stunned. Just like when you overdo it in the gym, after not training for a while.
I put a new warning in the first post and I will copy it here:
“Warning 2: If you have an acute (recent) injury, do NOT masturbate. It is just to REST completely. Acute (recent) injuries, which have this type of symptoms, is to give the penis absolute rest for at least 1 month.”
So for now, I just want you to RELAX and REST. Sleep is very important. Please, try to sleep. It is too early to draw any kind of conclusions. Just RELAX and REST.
Exactly! Most likely your penis is just stunned from excessive masturbation.
But, if you're really worried, follow Big Al's advice. Make an appointment with an urologist (or a general practitioner).
