I’m 33.
To the best of my knowledge lesion (pink small oval not quite symmetrical) first began in Jan/Feb of this year, thought it was irritation. I had a huge skin erythema multiforme (allergic reaction) from applying black seed oil to my penis (7 days worth, of which I had no adverse reaction in the process - very delayed allergic reaction). I didn’t wanna make a post about it...but it was absolutely severe.
Initially the reaction was a very swollen penis (and contact dermatitis on the scrotum)... I seeked immediate help from urgent care. The swelling was brought under control by 48 hours. However, the swelling caused 3 creases on the foreskin and later into 3 cuts. All the while the dermatitis turned into rashes then turned into hives and then some began to blister, and SPREAD up my body...urgent care demanded I go to ER, I did, and I got admitted to the burn unit for 7 days. Those foreskin cuts healed eventually (worst part of the process was those cuts due to having to retract from a slight enough case of phimosis - it was manageable, but this is yet another ingredient to technical cancer causes).
Once all was healed (after discharge), into June some, I resumed PE. Late June, I made a post about a pimple/bump on the right side, incurred from dry jelqing, which now I have some reason to think (from another penile cancer story) may have been the start of what I now have *inside my penis* (a mass, visibly countouring the upper penis quadrant to the left (when I’m any size between flaccid and 70+% erect).
On a simultaneous note, sometime into July, I noted the lesion *returned* to (to the best of my knowledge) the same area where it had originally been in Jan/Feb, but see - that area had been cut out and re-healed from April. That’s suspicious to me. As if it was cancer, it only kind of got cut out of the scene...so it found its way back. Again, recap - as of late Octover the lesion went away on its own, with no medicinal intervention... Sounds great, yeah? No, new thickening of the skin nearby... Any change to the skin should be alarming to anybody especially health professionals. But three of my care team have been astoundingly useless. Some here have liked to say just “trust your doctor”... I say, go for a 3rd opinion always. My new urologist ordered the MRI. My first urologist said he’s never even ordered an ultrasound. Who would you trust?
Muscle wasting? Try...relatively rapid weight loss, lethargy, easily winded, yellow tongue, dry mouth, throbbing sacral pain causing pins and needles to the lower extremity, a kind of light electrocution headache (pretty alarming and unlike any other kind of headache I’ve had, which I don’t get much of), circulation issues galore, to the point of numbness in the middle of the night (especially the lower half - middle night election had felt like it got novacaned), strange liver quadrant abdominal pain, lightheadedness, and surprisingly just one sick spell so far (sudden body queasiness, cold sweat, light body chills, urge to vomit but doing so, and deathly pale skin), my anti-nuclear antibodies came back positive in bloodwork. All in less than a month’s time. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few things. Thankfully my appetite is still here.

To be clear about my story timeline - the erythema episode came in April (of this year). So the lesion that I think was originally there in Jan/Feb (I remember I’d taken a pic and first noticed it) came before the whole erythema stuff. If it was a different lesion entirely after the April erythema and not the original one returning, then OK... I can’t say either way.

I appreciate your kind words and enthusiasm, sir...I will try my best. Starting with my diet and mindset. I’m trying to work that back into norm...as long as my body doesn’t start acting up elsewhere. It’s a whole new world of a “test”, to feel off and know what it could be a sign of in the bigger picture of what’s going wrong in my body...it’s hard to brush off any odd feeling anymore.
There’s much too much to hope for/on in this life...it’s unsettling for me to think on for more than a few seconds. Of course I want more in life, I want more of this life at all... I’ll take a castration and be happy to adapt to what that entails for decades to come... But I’m also realistic of what I don’t want coming my way...I somehow cope better coming from that angle, instead of feeling let down down the road, more than all this has well already impacted my life thusly. Maybe that’s just my coping mode right now.
By this time next week I’ll have maybe even had a biopsy performed (MRI first which is just days away), of what has to be a tumor inside, which, by the way, would appear to be growing some. Hopefully only one thing would get detected, and hopefully doctors would act much quicker to take a sample than this whole process has been so far.

I would increase all vitamins and minerals indicated as anti cancerous and related to keeping the affected area healthy to a level that is the highest possible point.
Stress and the tissue itself will eat away vitamins and minerals.
The simple vitamin C is depleted much faster during stress for all animals. Humans too with the added effect that we can`t produce vitamin C in our lover. I megadose from time to time via high frequency intake all day(high dose ascorbic acid in water + lemon for flavnoids helpign use VC and night(time release) for some days or weeks. It has almost no bad side effects but getting the runs if taken too much. The halflife of VC is some hours which necessates consistent intake if one wants to flush the whole body. I would go as far as using dmso + vitamin C and others to transdermally flood the cancer with anti cancers.
