Hello everyone,
I went to the physiotherapist today but he didn't check anything because I needed a prescription from a doctor (I live in France I don't know if it's specific to the French system).
But I told him about the fact I couldn't maintain a hard erection, had rare mild morning woods which went away as soon as I got up, the need to kegel when I urinate to release the last drops, the feeling of weakness in my PF making it harder to maintain a kegel and to feel the PC muscle.
He thought about the symptoms of a VENOUS LEAK ? I'm so afraid of it, he has suggested to go see a doctor before who would redirect me to an urologist. If I can I'll ask for a blood test. But do I have a great chance of having a venous leak given my age ? I read that it's incurable...

Well I can go direct to a physio but then I live in aussie .
Look bet this physio didn't do male pelvic floor or he would not be so dumb.
I can tell you where his suggestions will lead down a rabbit hole where you spend a motza$$$$
Only reason to see that particular physio again is to slap him repeatedly in the probably vain hope of geting some sense into him.
Any doc can order a hormone panel get one ignore what they sy and post THE ACTUAL NUMBERS onsite . For that matter you can get a kit through the mail to measure total test which is what I would like to know about .

Hello !
Here is an update: Hans told me to check the HANS protocol and to do hindi squats, yoga etc... And to masturbate once a week to keep the blood flow.
The day after I stopped being anxious about my PF and focused on relaxing it, I had this erection in the middle of the night, the first in months to be at least 70% hard and I could even masturbate when standing up (which was impossible before without porn)
After masturbating last week I no longer had morning woods and when I had (rare) random boners they were again very weak. I feel like I have 0 libido, thinking about girls or sex doesn't excite me like a few months ago. I feel like even if I watch porn I wouldn't even be able to get hard ? Is it normal ?
Even someone with low T would have some urges, right ? I feel asexual, I don't think about sex anymore whereas before I couldn't spend a day without fantasizing, now when I talk to girls I feel like I lack this sexual energy when talking to them.

Get the hormones checked. It's normal to "flatline" when getting off of porn... basically your brain has forgotten how to get aroused by real women and it's not getting what it's used to, so it has to relearn how to get aroused. Just stay off the porn, your brain will adjust eventually. Keep doing the belly breath combos, if this is PF tension-related it they will fix it. The reason you had a good erection at night could have been because we do belly breath combos in our sleep so essentially sleeping treats tense PF, assuming that's what this is.

Yup I've known many flatlines but it lasted only 1-2 weeks. Since September I've been in this state for 2-3 months then I relapsed last week (without porn), I hope that it's just a flatline, I've never known such a long period.
Should I continue masturbating once a week as you recommended even if I'm flatlining ? I'll get my hormones checked next week.
